The only downside is that it's a bit challenging to reach on foot (either via a winding road or a metal spiral staircase – which I found a bit scary). However, most taxis have no problem getting to the hotel (I only had one driver refuse, he was in a Volga and couldn't handle the sharp turns well).
The only thing I'd like to warn you about is the chill in the room, so bring a warmer robe.
The only minor drawback is that the hotel is located high on a hill, making the climb a bit of a challenge even for young people; it's easier to take a taxi.
However, the view from the hotel is beautiful.
Firstly, a gorgeous view of the city, an observation deck with benches. Taxi gets there quickly (Yandex works in Armenia, it costs pennies). It's a bit far to the center on foot)
Secondly, a clean, cozy room with everything you need. There is a kitchen with dishes and a stove, towels, slippers, toiletries.
We stayed for 4 days, they cleaned us ☺️
The reception is polite and attentive, they answered promptly and resolved issues
