The room was spacious and bed big and comfortable. The view was right to the pool area. The pool was heated nice and warm, big gym with great selection of equipment . The breakfast was good, but the coffee included was nothing special no barista coffee.

There was a misundesstood at the beginning. Thanks to the manager(?) for his help and uderstanding. Issue resolve immediately.

Thanks for the free breakfast. We didnt eat much because my children just underwent their oral surgery.

This is the second time we have stayed here and it was a last minute decision.

Location was great for the purpose of the visit to Canberra .
Staff were friendly and the room was clean, a little dated, but was nice enough for a 1 night stay.

This hotel is super convenient! A shopping center called Maunka Terrace is just a 3-minute drive away, and it has Coles, Subway, and McDonald's. There were also Japanese, Italian, pub food, and other Asian restaurants in that area.

Parking usually costs $25 per night for guests, but thanks to a Trip.com perk, I only paid $10 a night, which was great! You can't reserve parking, but there was plenty of space, so I had no issues.

The breakfast menu was pretty much the same every day, which was a bit disappointing, but there was still a good variety and plenty of food.

A well located hotel with great public spaces to relax. Breakfast was good. Only problem was the soft mattress and pillows -what happened to pillow menus?

Spa was freezing cold, heating didn’t work in the room so we froze for 3 nights

The air conditioning was weak. The coffee cup was dirty. Apparently, if you skip housekeeping, you get a $10/day food and drink credit. I asked at the front desk if it could be used for the minibar, and they said yes. However, at checkout, a different person handled it and said it couldn't be used for the minibar, only at the cafe or bar next to the reception. In the end, they did apply it to the minibar this time.

We had a perfect stay at Rydges Canberra, the staff were always very friendly and helpful, the location was AMAZING, the breakfast had everything we needed and I loved the facilities with the gym, sauna and pool. We thought it was excellent value. Just don't look too closely at the cleanliness in the bathrooms or upholstery etc.
