We stay here every time when we are in Canberra. Loves the buffet breakfast and late check out. Used the gym and the ping pong table. Had a very relaxing stay, happy with everything and would come back again.

Lovely place with a great manager. I stayed on Tuesday for work, and even though there was a blocked drain during the night, the staff handled it exceptionally well. They immediately changed my room and apologised the next morning, along with offering a complimentary service at checkout. This is one of the most beautiful hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The location is super convenient, right in the city center with the bus station next door. There are no cooking facilities in the room, but they have a restaurant with a breakfast buffet and à la carte dinner. Generally good, not noisy although by the side of airport. Parking is convenient and not expensive.

The room was spacious and bed big and comfortable. The view was right to the pool area. The pool was heated nice and warm, big gym with great selection of equipment . The breakfast was good, but the coffee included was nothing special no barista coffee.

This hotel is super convenient! A shopping center called Maunka Terrace is just a 3-minute drive away, and it has Coles, Subway, and McDonald's. There were also Japanese, Italian, pub food, and other Asian restaurants in that area. The reception lobby feels like an Ibis, but the guest room building is more like a motel.

The hotel room was spacious with 1 double bed, 1 bunk bed and 1 single bed which was enough for a family. We had booked with breakfast buffet and the food served were of varieties both hot and cold food. Overall we enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying there in future too.

Central and ideal place to stay to access everything we needed. Added bonus being close to a tram station. Very friendly staff in every area. This place is great. The atmosphere is calm and the central garden area a charm. The food is great and the menu adequate. It feels like a little resort inside with the central bar and outside pool. Room was very clean, bed was very comfortable BUT you couldn't adjust the temperature of the air con. I had it on the lowest setting but was way too hot to sleep. Didnt like that I had to step up into a bath to take a shower (I am 66 with back problems). Dinner was lovely but a bit overpriced.

What a beautiful hotel, amongst the more corporate looking buildings around it. The hotels decor captures the history and essence of the building . The location of the hotel was pretty good and the staff was very friendly. Unfortunately the room itself was pretty bad. There was quite an unpleasant mould odour and lots of visible mouldy stains on the carpet, on the ceiling and on the bathroom walls. The place is pretty rundown and needs a bit of renovation. I have communicated all the matters to the reception.

Had a great stay. The front desk were very accomodating in assisting me extend my stay multiple times. Only thing that could be improved is a more frequent patrol of the hallways and property. Bins are overfilled and i think house keeping needs a more controlled schedule.

Great hotel stay near the city. Quiet stays for a good night sleep, housekeeping available everyday and high standard of cleanliness. Parking is also availble for those who rented cars. Original hotel entrance is under renovation so can be a bit confusing and inconvenient at first but not a big deal. I had a one day stay over in Canberra and fortunately chose this property. It’s close to most things in Canberra though has a quiet leafy feel about it. The hotel presents very well.
