The hotel is a good budget hotel with decent sized guest suites. The staff are very helpful. With the very high cost of hotels in Sydney , it’s a good, but basic, budget option. Bus transport just in front.

No breakfast. The advertised breakfast is just a piece of toast and milk, nothing else.
No lift. So you’d have to take your luggage upstairs with no help.
The room is quite small, and for some reason it’s very dusty.
It’s not worth the price.
But the way, it’s very noisy because of the heavy traffic outside.

The bed was super soft, but my back hurt after sleeping there for a night. The staff were friendly, but the overall quality of the accommodation was very poor.

The hotel's exterior image is fake, not at all what the platform displays. It doesn't even have a 1-star rating, and isn't even as good as a hostel. I think this hotel is intentionally misleading consumers. Its image is already poor, but they're using the image of another hotel to mislead consumers.

The room is well soundproofed, relatively quiet, and has good privacy. There is a refrigerator to cool drinks, which feels very humane. The bed in the room is very soft and feels very clean.

This is not really a deluxe room; it’s very basic. It seems to be an adapted space, likely from the former reception area. It only offers the bare minimum for an overnight stay.
The breakfast is very weak, with very few options (barely enough to be considered as “included”).
But it was ok.
There is a bus stop within a 3–4 minute walk, and metro stations are about 11–12 minutes and 21–22 minutes away on foot.

Convenient transportation and good environment

Clean, well located for buses. No hairdryer. Needed a proper handle on bathroom door. It was a latch lock at top of door that was diffito use. Short person wouldn't be able to reach. Then there was a lock on the outside so someone could lock you in. No rod in wardrobe to hang clothes. As no staff in cafe breakfast area messy with dirt dishes.

A disgusting bed, dirty linen, and low water pressure in the bathroom were some of my complaints. It was supposed to be a five-day stay, but I only stayed two nights and changed hotels. It is difficult to park a big car in a hotel parking lot. A zero-star rating is appropriate for this property.
