Hyatt Regency Sydney, Sydney1 / 30

Located in Darling Harbour with a great sea view, this hotel is super convenient, just a short walk to the CBD. However, the steak at the restaurant was just okay.
harbour view is so beautiful and looftop bar was so great and restaurant was so great
We loved our stay at Hyatt Regency. The location is very convenient and walkable, especially when traveling with kids. We were able to easily walk to Barangaroo, SEA LIFE Sydney Aquarium, and WILD LIFE Zoo, which made our trip very relaxed and enjoyable. The room is on the smaller side but comfortable, clean, and felt very safe and secure for our family. It’s also close to shopping areas and nearby...
The hotel's location is excellent, very close to Darling Harbour. The rooftop bar offers great views. Breakfast was just okay, mostly Western options. The room was a bit small. The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming.
Revisiting after 15 years, I stayed at this hotel before. The location is excellent, making it super convenient to get around. A special shout-out to the Indian gentleman at the front desk who helped me switch to a 14th-floor sea-view room – I was absolutely thrilled! I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time. I just love Sydney; it was a very enjoyable Christmas trip.
The facilities, decor, and location are all excellent. The back exit leads directly to Darling Harbour, and the hotel bar offers beautiful views. The front desk staff were also very enthusiastic. The only minor drawback was that the cleaning was a bit careless; there was still an eyelid tape left by the previous guest on the bathroom wall.

Sydney Harbour Marriott Hotel at Circular Quay, Sydney1 / 30

Sydney, 30 Pitt Street (in the centre) 🧭 Map
The hotel's location is incredibly convenient; you can walk to all areas of the city. Circular Quay is just a 5-minute walk, and you can easily stroll to the Sydney Opera House and the Harbour Bridge. Plus, you can even see the bridge from your hotel room, which is fantastic!
Very friendly staff with speedy services to provide Generous and thoughtfulness for customers especially with check in process, appreciated
Extremely satisfied, their professionalism truly deserves praise. I booked rooms overlooking both the Opera House and the Harbour Bridge. From the rooms we were assigned, the Opera House view had a better layout and angle. My photography skills aren't great, so the view was even more impressive in person. The service was very warm; they knew it was Chinese New Year and even gave us some candies.
The hotel's location is excellent, within walking distance to Circular Quay and the pedestrian street. However, the room facilities, especially the bathroom, are a bit outdated, and the breakfast selection is limited.
The breakfast was decent, pretty standard. The room wasn't very big, just okay, but it was quite clean. The location is excellent, making it very convenient for getting around. Its good location is definitely a plus.
Let's start with the positives: - Location is perfect, 5min away from Circular Quay, 10min walk from the shopping area of Pitt street. Right in the city center. - Staff is nice, giving small gift to our kid. Breakfast is also quite good. - We were able to do an early check-in at 10am without surcharge, which was very nice after an overnight flight. Now for the negatives: - Room is small and basic...

Location: Excellent! It's near Circular Quay, so you can easily get anywhere in Sydney by ferry or bus. However, the walk back to the hotel is an 'agony hill' – it's incredibly steep! Service: There was one Asian-looking female receptionist who was quite mean, but everyone else was very welcoming and enthusiastic. Environment & Hygiene: As an established hotel, the hygiene and environment are very...
Sydney truly is the Chongqing of Australia, so many hills! I was absolutely breathless walking up to this hotel 😮💨. The room was a bit dated, but it was fine – you could call it 'old money' style. The bar view was absolutely spectacular! However, the food was really not good.
Even though it was renovated in 2006, the facilities and service are excellent. I had a very satisfying stay. The executive lounge and room views are absolutely stunning. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit.
Just a five-minute walk from Circular Quay, and about 20 minutes by train to the airport. However, there's quite a steep slope leading up to the hotel from the pier, which is a bit inconvenient. The Opera House view room offers great value for money.
The rooms are a bit old but very well-maintained. The Executive Room offers excellent views of both the Harbour Bridge and the Opera House. Many hotel staff can speak some Chinese, and the breakfast is decent. The hotel is located up a steep hill, which can be a bit challenging if you're carrying luggage. Of course, the main reason to choose this hotel is for the views; otherwise, hotels near QVB are...
The hotel is located on a steep slope, making the walk to it a bit challenging. However, it's very close to the station and also conveniently located near the sightseeing bus pick-up point. The room was decent and met expectations for the price. The hotel staff were quite polite.

The location is fantastic, and the cleanliness is impeccable. I especially loved the rooftop pool with its beautiful views. It's perfect for families, with spacious rooms and really comfortable mattresses. Plus, there are tons of great food options nearby.
1: The swimming pool is small and the water isn't clean. 2: The pajamas are definitely not up to five-star hotel standards. 3: Couldn't get a late checkout; had to leave by 11 AM. I saw online reviews saying this place was a 'landmine' but I didn't believe it.
Here's my personal take. Upon entering the lobby, the bellhops barely glanced my way, instead warmly greeting foreign guests. Heading upstairs for check-in, even with open desks, I still had a bit of a wait. My son and I were speaking Chinese the whole time. The front desk lady, however, spoke exclusively English to my son, and her attitude was decent. After check-in, she surprised me by speaking a...
The hotel location is great, with convenient transportation and many restaurants nearby. The rooftop pool has an amazing view! We booked a two-bedroom city view suite, but one of the bathrooms was really small!
Plus: offered free upgrade from two bed harbour view room to two bedroom room, but was assigned lower floor Negatives: Apartment was spacious, but not sure why there are quite a few gnats flying inside the shower space. ventilation was quite poor too. And room services took ages to come, one time i had to call back after 30 min cause no one came, probably forgot to cater my request earlier
We booked W sydney months in advance with breakfast included and is worth it . Food choices are plenty during breakfast and can order different eggs style and cooking preparation during breakfast and can order different hot or cooled selection of drinks as well. We recently stayed at Rydges World Square and overall had a lovely experience. The room was big and very comfortable, which made our stay really enjoyable. My daughters absolutely loved it, especially having plenty of space to relax. What I appreciated most was the separate room setup for parents and children — it gave us privacy while still being together as a family. That layout made a big difference...
The hotel service was excellent, very warm and welcoming, with a fantastic attitude. The hygiene was top-notch, and the location was super convenient for getting around. There's even a supermarket downstairs, which was great for buying things. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay.
Very near shopping center and china town
The hotel is a bit old, but the hygiene is excellent, and the room was very clean. The main thing is its fantastic location right in the CBD, close to everything. Many popular attractions are within walking distance. Plus, there's a Coles supermarket and lots of trendy restaurants right downstairs. Highly recommend! 👍
Location is great 👍 And the rooms are good. But cleaning is a joke! They do not clean not even close to everyday and if they happen to ”clean” then its not cleaning and instead something else. Apart from that the hotel is great.
Hotel location is very central for business and leisure purposes. Breakfast is good good with variety of food and drinks to choose from. However, the room is dated comparing to other hotels in the city. Bathroom door latch is missing, basin drain cap is also missing. No body lotion provided. Swissotel Sydney, Sydney1 / 30

Sydney, 68 Market Street (in the centre) 🧭 Map
Great place in a strategic location near QVB and other iconic spots in Sydney CBD. The area is lively and convenient, with the hotel situated just above a Westfield shopping centre. The amenities and services were excellent—any requests, like extra pillows and towels, were handled promptly. It also features a swimming pool, which is a great bonus to enjoy during your stay
The hotel boasts an excellent location in the heart of Sydney's CBD, making transportation very convenient. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, though the facilities are a bit dated. Service is just okay, and it offers decent value for money. It's about a 20-minute taxi ride to the airport, costing around $35.
Loved everything- but the lift was quite inconvenient- would check if this is fixed before booking again. Pool and spa was the best parts
The location is very convenient, and the service was good, but the room was definitely old and damp with a musty smell. The elevator was also out of order for all three days of our stay, so we had to use the staff elevator every time.
Located in a bustling downtown area, the ground floor entrance is always busy, and check-in is on the 8th floor. The hotel is a bit older, and the facilities show their age, but the quality is still good, especially the powerful shower. Breakfast doesn't have a huge variety, but the quality is decent, and the window seats offer a nice view. I absolutely loved the Greek yogurt! The rooms are quite spacious...
Perfect location and thoughtful service! Location: Absolutely unbeatable! Right across from the QVB, so shopping is a breeze. Plenty of great restaurants and bars nearby too. Check-in: Arrived at 12:00 and asked for early check-in. It wasn't ready then, but they kindly called me at 13:30 to let me know it was ready! convenience convenience convenience. location was all that matters for this stay. very easy access to airport for next day morning flight.
The room is very good for a very beautiful airport view and clean environment
The shower and toilet are separate, but the bathroom has no ventilation, so the room can get a bit smelly. The twin beds are two single beds, which are quite small, and the mattresses are too soft for Chinese preferences, making for an uncomfortable sleep. On the upside, it's very close and convenient to Airport T1!
Excellent location - Quantas desk across the road for baggage check in and bus to T3 - seamless - food good in Hotel also  - wake up call did the job
Wonderful place and well looking after by staffs. Also the restaurant downstairs food in very high standard ,so convenient to the 5am flight, highly recommended spend time with family at the restaurant and drink at the Cloud 9 bar👍👍👍👍👍

Overall, I'm quite satisfied. It's very close to the domestic terminal, less than a 10-minute walk. The room is spacious enough, the facilities are good, and the service is responsive. It offers good value for money.
The room was spotless, the bed comfy and the staff were lovely and helpful. Unfortunately there weren’t enough of them. I attended as part of a 3 day convention of over 200 people. When we got there my friend couldn’t get a glass of water from the restaurant because they were serving another conference and they were too busy making coffee. At the bar that night only one person was serving. For 3 days...
good space to have rest for waiting flight, really good experience and good service
I chose to stay here because I had an early morning flight the next day. I arrived at the hotel close to midnight, and the staff said I could pay $50 for early check-in. There's no complimentary bottled water in the room, and a single bottle costs five dollars. The hotel is quite old, so the facilities are a bit dated. As the name suggests, it's a hotel with an American style. Its main advantages are its proximity to the airport and the wide beds in the twin room.

The food wasn’t great ,the location was pretty good.overall not a place we would come back.
Cons: Our windows faced the road, and the noise was so bad it felt like there were no walls. Sleeping was terrible; cars drove by all night. It's also best not to get a room facing the pool/ocean, as there's loud music and parties every day. Those rooms are even worse. Parking costs $45. Good hotel but the out door swimming pool need heater to keep warm especially you not allowed kids to swim in indoor swimming pool that has control temperature to keep it warm.
The hotel is located at a very beautiful location. The check in personnel by the name of Gabriella was a very pleasant and helpful person. The room are reasonably spacious and clean. The only comment I have was that the bottled water were only supplied for the first night and no replenishment on subsequent night.
Beautiful hotel in a great location, just renovated and looks very posh. Great buffet breakfast.
The hotel was absolutely wonderful! The room was spacious, clean, and offered a stunning sea view. The first time I stayed, the Indian staff member was quite unhelpful. They demanded an extra AUD 100 for a higher floor, even though it was the exact same room type. We booked a room for three people but only got two beds. The second time I stayed, a Caucasian staff member was working and they arranged for three beds, and that's when I realized it was supposed to be free.
The room offers a great view of the Suzhou scenery, and you can even see trains passing by. The location is excellent, very close to Hyde Park. I arrived in the morning, which was before check-in time, but they had a place for me to shower, which was a thoughtful touch.
It felt like the facilities were quite old, but other than that, the location was good. It's just that the facilities are outdated and probably need renovation.
Great location. Woolworths just down stairs. Walking distance to the CBD. Highly recommended.
Great window view, just like what was advertised online. Highly recommended!
The facilities are a bit old, and they don't even provide complimentary drinking water in the room. However, the location is great – quiet yet conveniently located with good transport links and a pleasant surrounding area. There's a supermarket right next door, and the price is quite reasonable too.

The room was spacious. The airport shuttle wasn't free, and for two people, it cost about the same as a taxi.
Hotel was nice but checking out i had to pay for the room again as nothing registered from my trip app. I paid for additional meal charges etc only to find out the money come out of my account. A simple two night stay costed me twice as much as it should have. I contacted them and over two weeks and haven't hear a thing. So nearly additional 900-1100 of extra charges. AND STILL NO REFUND.....
Very helpful when one of the rooms appeared to have been changed before booking in to a room without adequate beds for guests. Don’t know why and had checked earlier in the day there wasn’t a problem. Children’s menu is good, large sizes and decent value. Rooms could have been a little cleaner with tea and coffee sticks low and lipstick on cup - however I know they would have rectified if requested...
Ok airport hotel. Compared to other airport hotels in Sydney probably the best value for money.
The Novotel was very well situated for international air travel. It was also easy to get i to central Sydney. However, the pool is disappointing The restaurant and bar menu are extremely limited with very little choice and the cuisine is nothing special. I had expected more and better. The staff on the other hand are extremely helpful and polite.
Perfect for airport. Service was okay. Rooms clean but dated. Swimming pool in different building.

The autumn scenery is lovely, and it's very convenient to get to the station.
The room was spacious, clean, and tidy. The location is very convenient, situated between the University of Sydney and Circular Quay, with many restaurants nearby and a supermarket close by. The breakfast offered a good variety.
The service was commendable, and the breakfast was excellent. The hotel was very clean. Its location is fantastic, right in the city center yet surprisingly quiet. However, the facilities are quite outdated, and the internet connection was particularly bad, almost unbearable. Everything else was great, though. I hope for an upgrade and renovation soon.
Impressive Close to station/ China town/Shopping/Foods I will book it for next time
The location is great, quite central and close to everything. The service is just okay, definitely not five-star quality. The environment is decent, but there's a noticeable 'old person' smell. For the price, it's still pretty good value for money, though it does get more expensive on weekends.
The room I was initially assigned still had guests in it. After speaking with the front desk, I was given a new room. Overall, it was quite clean, but it definitely felt a bit dated. There's a Chinese restaurant right across the street, which was convenient, and it's very close to the LRT station.

I was very satisfied! The hotel's location is excellent, right in Chinatown, which makes dining and transportation incredibly convenient. You can reach any part of the city by subway or bus. The room was cleaned daily, and it was very quiet at night.
Everyone gets their own bed, yay! We were so happy. And the location is absolutely incredible. Traveling with kids, this place is a dream. There's Haidilao, McDonald's, and Meet Fresh right across the street. Walk the other way and you'll find a kids' playground! When you're tired, just head to Darling Harbour to feel the breeze and take in the city night view~
The location is fantastic, very close to Chinatown, and the lobby is quite grand. However, the rooms themselves lack character and the view is pretty ordinary. Also, there's no complimentary water or toiletries in the room, which is something to be aware of when checking in.
Great location. Friendly staff. Its the attention to detail from housekeeping that wasn't quiet there. They didn't top up tea bags, removed the shower matt after the first night and never replaced it and once they didn't do the room as they thought the DND symbol was on, which it wasn't. Small things but would definitely stay again. Walking distance to train stations, city, China town and more.

The hotel's location is super convenient, right across from the LRT station. The room was spacious but a bit dated. When I checked in, the toilet kept running. After I reported it, they said a technician wouldn't be available until the next day, but it still wasn't fixed. They also couldn't move me to another room.
