The location is fantastic, located by the Darling Harbour, you can reach the Aquarium and Darling Harbour within 3-5 minutes. You can also access Sydney CBD (QVB etc. For the staff, they are super friendly and helpful

Located in Darling Harbour with a great sea view, this hotel is super convenient, just a short walk to the CBD. However, the steak at the restaurant was just okay.

Revisiting after 15 years, I stayed at this hotel before. The location is excellent, making it super convenient to get around

Our only small concern is that the breakfast selection was almost the same each day, but the food quality was good overall

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to Darling Harbour. The rooftop bar offers great views. Breakfast was just okay, mostly Western options. The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming

The room is on the smaller side but comfortable, clean, and felt very safe and secure for our family. It’s also close to shopping areas and nearby parks, which our kids really enjoyed

To be Marriott, I would have expected better since it’s a very big and popular chain around the world. But the position it is in is the best. It really is and I really recommend it

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient; you can walk to all areas of the city. Circular Quay is just a 5-minute walk, and you can easily stroll to the Sydney Opera House and the Harbour Bridge

From the rooms we were assigned, the Opera House view had a better layout and angle. My photography skills aren't great, so the view was even more impressive in person

Plus, you can even see the bridge from your hotel room, which is fantastic!

The breakfast was decent, pretty standard. The room wasn't very big, just okay, but it was quite clean. The location is excellent, making it very convenient for getting around. Its good location is definitely a plus.

Environment & Hygiene: As an established hotel, the hygiene and environment are very good, and it's always packed with guests

Baths with views would have been an easy touch as well as a little bit more generous style. This is not really a complaint. It was a good room and an even better experience

Location: Excellent! It's near Circular Quay, so you can easily get anywhere in Sydney by ferry or bus

The hotel's location is also excellent, very close to the harbor. There are many shopping malls and restaurants nearby, all within walking distance. It's also very quiet at night, making for a great sleeping experience

Sydney truly is the Chongqing of Australia, so many hills! I was absolutely breathless walking up to this hotel 😮💨. The room was a bit dated, but it was fine – you could call it 'old money' style

The location is fantastic, and the cleanliness is impeccable. I especially loved the rooftop pool with its beautiful views. It's perfect for families, with spacious rooms and really comfortable mattresses

On the other remaining days, they simply said they'd change the towels and empty the trash, and their attitude was quite good. What truly baffled me was the lack of complimentary bottled water in the room

I made it clear I didn't want the room cleaned when I was out, and when I returned, they'd formally ask if I needed it cleaned. Out of five days, only one day was the room actually tidied after I left

This is one of my favourite hotels. The staff are always very accommodating. I was pleasantly upgraded to a suite this time. The bed was very comfortable and the suite had everything I needed

We recently stayed at Rydges World Square and overall had a lovely experience. The room was big and very comfortable, which made our stay really enjoyable

We booked the room for $584, but later noticed the price had dropped to $510. It would have been great to receive the lower rate. Aside from these issues, we truly enjoyed our stay and would consider coming back again

My daughters absolutely loved it, especially having plenty of space to relax. What I appreciated most was the separate room setup for parents and children — it gave us privacy while still being together as a family

The hotel is in a great location. Central to circular quay and darling harbour. Very close to wynards train station. Although on a steep road it’s not too far to walk from York street

Everything about the hotel was spotless from having the doors open everytime you entered or left the hotel. The only disappointment for us was the breakfast

Rooms have good floor area, the bathroom I had was large and clean. Would use again, close to Pitt st mall and QVB, reception on level 8 is a little odd.

I felt $50 was a bit steep for just two extra hours, so I declined. There's a large supermarket and a food court about a 15-minute walk from the hotel, and the Thai food there was pretty good

It was clear the staff on the ground are doing their best to be professional and welcoming to customers, but they needed more help and resources

I chose to stay here because I had an early morning flight the next day. I arrived at the hotel close to midnight, and the staff said I could pay $50 for early check-in

When we got there my friend couldn’t get a glass of water from the restaurant because they were serving another conference and they were too busy making coffee. At the bar that night only one person was serving

Showers are a wonderful was to wake up before you morning flight! There is a bar downstairs as well for a sneaky beverage when you get in late at night

This hotel is right at the airport, the closest one to Terminal 1. There's a bus stop right next to the building. The restaurant on the M floor serves both breakfast and dinner, and the food and service are excellent

Great hotel with views over the runway and excellent location right next to the international terminal! Rooms are very comfy. Our family of four was well looked after and had loads of space

The room is very good for a very beautiful airport view and clean environment

It's also best not to get a room facing the pool/ocean, as there's loud music and parties every day

Sad about the pippis ( sesame sauce on it? Really?) The best recepi is garlic,olive all and coriander. Lamb shanks was a great idea in a massive pan swimming in rice, same to the "Taco shed"

Good hotel but the out door swimming pool need heater to keep warm especially you not allowed kids to swim in indoor swimming pool that has control temperature to keep it warm.

The hotel is located at a very beautiful location. The check in personnel by the name of Gabriella was a very pleasant and helpful person. The room are reasonably spacious and clean

The room offers a great view of the Suzhou scenery, and you can even see trains passing by. The location is excellent, very close to Hyde Park

The first time I stayed, the Indian staff member was quite unhelpful. They demanded an extra AUD 100 for a higher floor, even though it was the exact same room type

Pros: The hotel room is a good size for all our luggages before our cruise. Metro is just on the other side of the street. Cons: The restaurant is only open in the evening

We booked a room for three people but only got two beds. The second time I stayed, a Caucasian staff member was working and they arranged for three beds, and that's when I realized it was supposed to be free

However, the location is great – quiet yet conveniently located with good transport links and a pleasant surrounding area. There's a supermarket right next door, and the price is quite reasonable too

Children’s menu is good, large sizes and decent value. Rooms could have been a little cleaner with tea and coffee sticks low and lipstick on cup - however I know they would have rectified if requested

A simple two night stay costed me twice as much as it should have. I contacted them and over two weeks and haven't hear a thing. So nearly additional 900-1100 of extra charges

Very helpful when one of the rooms appeared to have been changed before booking in to a room without adequate beds for guests. Don’t know why and had checked earlier in the day there wasn’t a problem

I never disappointed with this hotel’s each time they always go above beyond or exceed guest expectations as they try to accomodate the guests need and want but have to understand this is what u pay for and what u get so do not too kind and suffer the rate and back of house cause they are the one who work really hard abd stressful to finished the task on time and to make a guest have and pleasant...

The special menus is more expensive than usual but staff need to train how to sell , how to speak and the worse case become and excellent

Hair dryer provided, mini fridge, kettle and coffee machine included in the room. Only stayed one night but would be good for long stays too, recomend greatly

Had a great stay. The place was clean and neat, and very easy to locate. Loved the vibe and the funky décor — it really stood out. Free amenities like coffee and a hairdryer were a nice bonus. Would happily stay again.

I haven’t have a chance to dine in the restaurant but just walk pass and busy but lunch is quiet or steady and the hotel should have an standard opening procedure (SOP) and train the staff with consistency service

Kristina was very friendly and helpful during check-in. We really appreciated her assistance with all the concierge information. However, the room had two bottles of shampoo and no shower gel

Everyone gets their own bed, yay! We were so happy. And the location is absolutely incredible. Traveling with kids, this place is a dream. There's Haidilao, McDonald's, and Meet Fresh right across the street

Walk the other way and you'll find a kids' playground! When you're tired, just head to Darling Harbour to feel the breeze and take in the city night view~

At every single hotel I stay in the world it’s common when you ask at reception, how is my room, do I have a good view or location they check and my change it a little for better location or room type if they have vacancies

It just feedback for check-in cause it was under my name (I did put my partner's name as a guest), but when he tried to check in, it required me to make a call, and no one answered at that time, so it took some time n complicated

My husband and I stayed here for three days. We loved it because it was very central and it was easy to access the eateries and was on the main street of George Street. We loved the size of our room

I think this is the best hotel in Sydney. Next time I come, I plan to stay here for the entire trip.
