175 Hotel Westmead in Sydney

I booked an Executive Room advertised as having 1 queen bed, but upon check-in, the room only had a double bed, which did not match the booking description.
I went back to reception to report the issue. Initially, I was told that the room was classified as an executive room in the hotel’s system. After I asked for the room to be checked, the staff member was very polite and arranged a room change to one with a double bed and a single bed. I would like to thank Darpan at reception for handling this professionally and courteously.
However, the hotel should review and correct its booking system to ensure that bed sizes and room descriptions are accurate. In addition, the hotel is now charging an extra fee for overnight parking, on top of the room price, which was not the case when I stayed at this hotel previously. This additional charge was not clearly stated during the reservation process and added to the disappointment.
Good service from staff, but inaccurate room information and unclear additional charges negatively affected the experience.

Parking good for hospital access, we feel it was a bit over priced for that area. Not many places to eat at night
you only have the pub which needs a bit doing to it.
On a hole it was an average stay.
