Rooms not clean and furniture old and soiled. Front desk service was very average and unfriendly. Location was great if you were lucky enough to have a room overlooking the pool and golf course. Our 1 bedroom overlooked a huge concrete roof and carpark. The resort is actually not part of the golf course. As most of the rooms were individually owned by investors the furniture and amenities in each room differed remarkably. I had a one bedroom apartment sleeps 2 with a washing machine and dryer. My son-in-law had a 2 bedroom apartment sleeping 5 washing machine but no dryer! There is also alot of owner occupied apartments as well so the overall experience was not really "resorty". The public toilets smelt, the corridors smelt and the whole building felt dirty. Would I stay again? We were a group of 30 and all had 1 and 2 bedroom apartments. All were so so different to each other that I would only stay again if I could choose my room not be allocated one and be allocated more than one roll of toilet paper for the five days. Otherwise the view of the golf course is not worth it.

Flexibility of late check-in past midnight as our flight was changed and delayed. The operator was very helpful and ensured that we are still able to check-in irregardless of the time. Easy and convenient check-in with just a pass code to access the key card.
Cleanliness is good with lot's of amenities provided. Large room. Comfortable two double bed with extra pillows as I normally use one pillow and a bolster but however a pillow is also best suited for hugging. I forgoten to take photos of the room. But only managed to take the photos of the great view over looking the swimming pools and golf course. Swimming pools are large and water is warm and nice. Over all stayed very satisfying. We booked two night stay. Convenient location close to restaurants and shops.

Walls of room were scuffed and needed painting. Skirting boards in room parted from wall and needed affixing. Draw would not close and needed fixing.
Amenities good but place was showing rust leaks in garden bed walls.
Pity so much potential but needed care.

Nice hotel with some slightly odd characteristics. The hand basins look stylish but are difficult to use. The room is the largest I've ever seen. The main restaurant is nice, the staff are friendly and competent.

I’m giving 5 stars for Jose, one of the staff members that was an absolute legend. Jose helped me and my partner to jump start our car early in the morning before he even started working. He didn’t need to do that but as soon as he saw us broke down at the car park he came to help! He saved us from missing our flight that morning and we are very grateful for the empathy and kindness!

I stayed at this hotel for a few days, and while it's advertised as a 4-star property, I personally wouldn't rate it that highly.

The Room:
No microwave available.
Cracks on the walls and in the bathroom.
All lighting was harsh white; no softer lighting options.
No outlets by the bed, which made charging devices inconvenient.

The View:
The view from the room was lovely, and we really enjoyed that.

Bathroom:
The shower was quite small and not up to par.
The toilet flush was broken, which was frustrating.
Several plugs in the bathroom were also broken.

Amenities:
The pool was nice and relaxing.
There’s a hair and nail salon, but it wasn’t open every day, which was disappointing.

Service:
The staff were friendly and helpful, especially when we asked them to microwave some food for us.
Free parking is available, both underground and outdoor, which is a nice perk.

Excellent location right on the golf course- the resort has a hair and nail salon- Cafe- restaurant- and the golf club right beside it. Fully secured car parking. Our room was a one bedroom spa apartment with balcony- nice space and kitchenette with laundry facilities. Comfortable bed. Very affordably priced. Complimentary towels for the huge swimming pool and plunge lap pool also has kids wading pool area. Drinks and food to the pool and room service at lunch and dinner time. An excellent golf course and place to stay!
