Ridge Apartment Hotel in Brisbane

Shut at 8pm??? Quality has dropped off for quite awhile now so won't bother anymore, bummer!!!

I have been ordering from this venue for a few years now - As of today never again. For the last 3 times the delivery person has not been able to buzz up and the Pizza quality has changed significantly. This particular time I advised them via phone my 4 year old kid was not feeling well, the lady buzzed twice and said the lift was not working. I advised her to wait there and I would come down, had to carry my 4 year old down. Went to the ground floor there was no one there. I walked out onto the street there was no one there. I went back inside and up the lift again, then she tried to call me. She advised me she was on the ground floor, I knew she was not as I had just been there. She continued to argue with me telling me that she was waiting there for me. I am aware of what a pizza box looks like and there was no one carrying a pizza box. I don't know where she went but she was not on ground floor. As she could not work the lift and as I didn't want to carry my son back down I told them not to worry about it. By this stage the ice cream would of melted and the pizza possibly luke warm I will not order from this store again.

Terrible ...sparse topping tiny pizza definately on the never have that again list
