Seaworld is an awesome place to stay. Everything at your finger tips. Seaworld is right next door. Three minute walk. Staff are the most friendly staff I have ever come across.

The resort is very busy. Check in girls were not very friendly. The amenities are good but I didn't think it was worth the price per night .it is very noisy in the evening until late .if you are looking for a quiet place don't choose here .lots of kids running around from very early til late . It is very handy for seaworld as you can enter through the resort.

The location is great to get access to the sea world and the package also includes other theme park passes.

The hotel is a bit old and we found dust inside the room. Facilities are generally aged but overall experience is still ok considering coming with family.

The hotel is a kid-friendly resort hotel with quick check-in and located next to a theme park. The room is spacious; however, the cleaning needs improvement, as we found a few pieces of broken glass on the bed. I called reception, and the cleaner came quickly to clean up and changed the bed sheets.

The rooms are a bit dated, and the soundproofing isn't great. However, the kids absolutely loved the hotel's pool and water facilities. It's also very close to the seafood market.

Parking spaces are far less than enough. Cannot find one on all three days of stay (Sunday, Monday and Tuesday)
Hotel can give you tickets of all theme parks before check-in time (15:00) when you approach the front desk or when you check-in on-line. Unfortunately, the link given to me was not working. If that link works, I can go direct to the theme parks before visiting the hotel. Very convenient for entering Sea World (just get in through the gift shop next to the hotel front desk). Probably that's the reason why the car park is always full.
Desert at lounge cafe is good.
The check-out time (10:00) seems a bit too early.

The room is huge! The bed is also very large! One bed can easily fit one adult and one child. The water park inside the hotel is so much fun! Highly recommend for families traveling with children to Gold Coast!

The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
Unfortunately, the room itself was quite disappointing. It felt old and not very clean, with visible stains on the bed sheets, sofa, and chairs. The bathroom only had an overhead shower with no handheld shower head, which was quite inconvenient.
Most rooms also have connecting doors, and the soundproofing is very poor — we could clearly hear every word from the guests next door. A family was staying beside us, and the kids started screaming at 6am, making it impossible to sleep.
Overall, due to the cleanliness issues and noise problems, I would not recommend this hotel.

It was very convenient, being right next to Seaworld. However, the parking lot was full, and I had a hard time finding a spot.

I stayed here for 4 nights, and unfortunately, it was not worth the money. Overall, I regret choosing this resort and I do not recommend it to others.

The location is only convenient if you are visiting Sea World. If you want to go to other theme parks, the public transport is exhausting. The hotel shuttle is also expensive and lacks flexibility with departure and return times.
Inside the room, the shower area in the double room is very small and narrow. To make matters worse, the buffet breakfast is 50% more expensive than other 4-star hotels, yet the quality is nowhere near as good.
