The hotel room was clean and comfortable. The worst part of my stay was having to be leave this paradise. I can’t fault this place and the service one bit! Highly recommend!!!
There is no free drinking water provided. Your have to pay $4 for small sized bottles water in the refrigerator. There is limited amenities in the toilet . No slippers ,toothbrush.shower caps …..
Shout out to my server Courtney who was so amazing and attentive, she did such a great job looking after my table and I, and to who I assume was her supervisor who was also amazing and had to duct tape me into my shoes after a blow out
10/10 would highly recommend coming here, and can vouch from my brief experience that they provide the best service I have ever witnessed
accomodating and friendly staff.. clean and comfortable room to sleep.. love the vibe!
Very nice and very good hotel
Good service and location

I am part of the Queens baton relay team and stayed here 4 nights and is awesome to stay here. Our room is right beside the Broadwater and pool entrance. Food is outstanding and caters for everyone.
Seaworld is an awesome place to stay. Everything at your finger tips. Seaworld is right next door. Three minute walk. Staff are the most friendly staff I have ever come across.
The rooms are a bit dated, and the soundproofing isn't great. However, the kids absolutely loved the hotel's pool and water facilities. It's also very close to the seafood market.
The room is huge! The bed is also very large! One bed can easily fit one adult and one child. The water park inside the hotel is so much fun! Highly recommend for families traveling with children to Gold Coast!
Cannot find one on all three days of stay (Sunday, Monday and Tuesday)
Hotel can give you tickets of all theme parks before check-in time (15:00) when you approach the front desk or when you check-in on-line
Very convenient for entering Sea World (just get in through the gift shop next to the hotel front desk). Probably that's the reason why the car park is always full. Desert at lounge cafe is good

The bars and restaurants, pool and hang out areas were great. Perfect proximity to beach and surfers. The pool area was nice too
Will be back for sure
The pool is great and beautiful, and it's very close to the beach, even though breakfast wasn't included.
Great location, friendly staff but there are something’s needs attention like breakfast menu is same everyday not much options either, wash basins in the bathrooms are too small it’s easily you will get wet and wet the floor, position of the soap holder is bad in the bathroom it could easily hurt someone while having shower
We had an ocean front room with stunning views. The staff were awesome, the vibes and atmosphere of the hotel were friendly and buzzing. The buffet breakfast had a wide variety and was all fresh and delicious
QT Gold Coast is a fantastic hotel that left a lasting impression on us, and we wouldn’t think twice about staying there again. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and well taken care of
Unfortunately it was raining during our stay so we didn’t go out by pool but area looks great for a sunny day. Super close to beach for a morning or afternoon walk too

Not bad, but it had a bit of a musty smell. The pool was great though.
We had a wonderful stay at the Sheraton Grand Mirage! The private beach was absolutely perfect. The pool area was amazing, but sometimes it was so crowded that it was hard to find a place to sit
Breakfast was amazing, it was so great to stay somewhere that caters so well for dietary needs. Great pool and straight out onto the beach. Rooms very spacious
This definitely doesn't match the over 3000 AUD per night price tag. The breakfast and pool are indeed excellent and create a great resort vibe
This hotel leaves me with mixed feelings. The room is 3-star, but the breakfast and pool are 5-star, and the service is 4-star
Always a pleasure staying at the Sheraton. We had a minor noise issue from the room next door, but the team went above and beyond to find us another room so we could fully enjoy our stay

Rooms were clean and spacious, room service is quick and friendly. Gym is amazing if your into that as well and the pool is always a winner 🙌🏽
Staff are amazing ! Enjoyed our stay and will be back again in
Always a good trip to Royal pines , larger crowd this year than previous so buffet Brekky was packed if you didn’t get in early (still ran pretty smoothly tho)
Would recommend bringing your own pillow if your a fussy sleeper like myself, their pillows weren’t to my liking but that’s only a preference thing
There are so many facilities that enable you to not have to leave the resort for your entire stay. Rooms are clean, staff are very friendly and helpful, the food and amenities are ample and are of high standard
Food & drinks are pricey but plenty of other options nearby if you don’t want to spend the extra money. No foxtel in rooms so bring an Apple TV if you can
Will definitely be staying here again for our annual golf trips, highly recommend! Thanks RP, you have made our holiday a very memorable experience 😊
Our stay at the Royal Pines Resort was absolutely amazing. The resort is family friendly and caters for children of all ages

Loved the lobby and had breakfast that was nice. Unfortunately in Surfers Paradise we thought that the hotel had a pool
Lovely clean rooms, Great friendly Staff. Comfy bed, great view of the beach from the balcony. Short walk to the beach and shops. Discounted parking from public carpark next door
Had the best stay only downfall is they dont have a swimming pool, but was so close to the beach it didnt matter that much. Love, love, loved my stay *****
Initiali was given a room which faced the disco pool, super noisy at nite. they oni stop ard 1am, I couldn't sleep & had a bad headache the next morning
Its best feature is its location, steps from the beach. However, it's a hotel that has been downgraded; some rooms and hallways are in dire need of maintenance
luckily they managed to help me to change room to the other side after my feedback. The hotel location was a short walk to the beach & paradise center where all the food is

Stayed here for our honeymoon! Absolutely beautiful, the staff were very helpful and friendly. The buffet breakfast was amazing as was the restaurant
There's a Chinese-speaking front desk, and the check-in experience was very friendly. They waived breakfast for my two children, but the breakfast selection wasn't very extensive
The hotel is a bit far from Surfers Paradise, so you have to drive there. The hotel has kangaroos that aren't afraid of people, and there's a beach
Kangaroos lounge by the entrance every day, and the pool is stunning, though the facilities are a bit dated
You can just open the door and kangaroos are right there on the lawn, perfect for interacting and taking photos with them! It's in an upscale area with lots of restaurants and supermarkets nearby, which is very convenient
This was our second stay at this lovely resort and we couldn't be happier. The rooms are always clean, spacious and have a very nice vibe to them. The king lagoon view room has an absolutely spectacular view

This place was absolutely amazing. Cleanliness was superb ( 10/10)
Staffs were friendly and helpful. We came here for vacation with the friends, we really enjoyed it
Modern, clean and good size rooms. Close to rail station, shops, restaurants, and Casino
Clean and tidy, spacious, with plenty of parking spaces, good location but when the wind is strong, there will be a lot of wind noise from the gap of the door, you have to plug it with a towel to reduce the wind noise
A fantastic hotel! The kitchen is fully equipped, making it perfect for families to cook their own meals. The swimming pool downstairs is lovely, and the front desk staff are very friendly
Our appartment had no basic kitchen products, cleaning products or cooking oil, salt and peppar, only one tea towel, no paper towels, tinfold/gladwrap etc which you will find at most self contained apartments.
The room was spotless and had everything we needed. The staff were great and friendly. Maybe some place mats would be nice as the table is glass and also some salt and pepper as I had to buy some

Inside the room, the towels were quite thin and worn out, definitely needing replacement. The service was also a struggle
We’ve got room at level 39, the view is excellent. The hotel room is spacious, it is a home. The only thing i am confuse about is the car park.. but luckily we get it through.
Recommended for your stay
The pool was awesome! You could sit in the heated outside pool feasting your eyes on the beach
We had a wonderful experience at Peppers Soul! The room was very big and fully equipped. The view from our balcony was incredible. It's in a prime location near the beach and lots of restaurants
The location is fantastic! We were on the 18th floor and the view was absolutely breathtaking. I'd definitely consider staying here again next time
Best location, 180 degrees view of the ocean, iconic apartment. The furniture and bedding could be much better to meet a 5 star.

Loved our stay here. Pool, spa and sauna were great. Gym could do with some new equipment but we made it work. Rooms were spacious and clean. Good location just a 10 minute walk into the centre of surfers.
Was a nice stay, clean room and bathroom. Bed wasn’t very comfortable but can’t complain from the price.
Neighbours were super loud and rude when entering the shared hallway. Not sure sure we would stay again
The hotel's amenities, including the lovely pool, spa, and sauna, were fantastic, and the Malaysian restaurant was a definite highlight, though it's worth noting it's only open Friday through Sunday
Beautiful two bedroom, one bathroom+toilet unit on the ground floor. Warm welcoming feeling as we entered the unit. We arrived late, and hotel has enabled online check in for us with codes sent securely
We also had a sea view from the balcony! The pool and spa were nice additions, but with the proximity to the beach and tram we made the most of the location
We would stay here again when we return to the Gold Coast

The view is great and the place is clean, but the luggage trolley is nowhere to be found. The reserved garbage bags in the room are not enough. Because it is Christmas time, no service staff can be found.
Lovely stay with the family, great location, close to everything, nice beaches and sands.
Great hotel close to good restaurants, bars and coffee shops. Walkable to the beach and shopping at Pacific Fair.
But the room is lovely and great restaurant options
Superb hotel. Reasonable price, great location and well appointed.
Great location and venue , however we only made 1 request to be on a high floor and we were put on level 10 and there are 40 floors in the building

We’ve just had a wonderful 9 days at sun city. The views, the pools and spas, the ease of access to the beach and the rail station right out the front all makes for a fantastic stay
we added breakfast, which was fantastic, easy and a great way to start each day. We were lucky enough to get a late checkout which was lovely
Big apartment, comfortable beds, air conditioning, free unlimited wifi, underground parking, friendly staff, indoor and outdoor pools, spa’s, steam room, sauna, modern gym, tennis court
We liked having a balcony with a great view too. The buffet breakfast was great as well as delicious pizza and cocktails at the pool bar and cafe. The swimming pools were great
Beds & pillows very comfortable & great to have your own laundry to do washing. You now have to pay $20 a day to park your car & are given an allocated parking spot. Pool area is nice but the indoor spa wasn’t working
Breakfast at Koastal kitchen was pretty ordinary but snacks & cocktails at the pool bar were nice. Overall we enjoyed our stay & would still stay again

The pool was amazing, and the kids had a blast – definitely worth staying here. The sand on the artificial beach was a bit coarse, which made it easier to clean than regular beach sand. The hotel staff were very friendly
We had a girls family 4 day stay in a room with King and Sofa (3 people staying). The hotel staff were exceptional as was the Pool area and Lobby area. The sofa bed was perhaps suitable for small children but not adults
The rooms are newly renovated, spacious, and comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful, easy check in. The unique saltwater pool is a huge attraction. Highly recommended for family with kids
The hotel lobby and pool area were very enjoyable, even though the room itself is a bit outdated. If anyone is looking for a resort-style of accommodation in Gold Coast, this would be a pleasant choice
It was great to stay, however I think 🤔 should be advised to pre book pool etc. Also I think breakfast buffet could be improved.
My friend and I went for Christmas and it was wonderful. The accommodation seemed to have all been renovated; it was incredibly clean and even better than the pictures. I'd definitely rebook.

Lovely apartment and located within easy walking to beach and restaurants. Pools were crystal clear and great loungers. The apartment 13b was excellent, so clean and new feel, great views
The room descriptions between Booking sites and Ultiqa could also use some clarification. The difference between standard and premium rooms isn’t very clear, and the description of air-conditioning is somewhat misleading
A more streamlined process would make this experience much smoother. The lifts definitely need attention. During our stay only one out of three was operating, which in peak season created a real issue
Waiting up to 40 minutes for a lift is far from ideal. One lift only collects from the ground floor and doesn’t stop on every level on the way down, while another was out of order due to maintenance
Unfortunately, guests weren’t notified of this in advance, which would have helped with planning. The remaining lift was often heavily used by workers, making it even harder for guests
Overall, despite a few operational issues, we still really enjoy staying here as returning guest who continue to extend beyond 10days. Perfect view for the Lunar Eclipse 2026

The whole park is spotless, and there’s so much to do for kids and families that you really don’t need to leave. Between the pools, playgrounds, and activities, the kids were entertained from morning to night
The amenities were amazing, the staff fantastic and the cocktails were 10/10. The only draw back was the large dog park (and I mean large!!) was to wet to use, but the small dog park was still perfect
We have been traveling now for three months, staying at multiple caravan parks along the way…and this has been by far the best park we have been to! We booked for 4 nights and ended up staying for 10
We recently stayed at the holiday park and overall the location was nice, but there were a couple of issues that need attention. First, there was a problem with the window in our accommodation
Although it was wet under foot and they were expecting rain, you could see all the staff working hard to ensure everyone was located where it wouldn’t effect their stay or site
It didn’t seem to close properly, which made the room feel less secure and let in outside noise and air. This should definitely be checked and repaired for future guests

The hallway to my room had the carpet ripped up and there was no hallway light, so I couldn't see even the number on my room. I got a good deal on the price for my room though, through the booking site
Short walk to the beach, shops, light rail, cafes. The room was spacious and comfortable, but old and in need of an update, some fresh paint and new carpet
The savanna is right beside a nice little bar that has a great happy hour and so close to everything at Broadbeach Town
It’s a 10 out of 10 for me

The room wasn't very clean, the toilet had visible dirty marks on it as it it wasn't touched between guests, drains smelled bad and the carpet needed to be replaced 5 years ago (our feet were black after walking around the room)
The savanna was very good
The staff at the front desk was very helpful. Some of the amenities didn’t work but they tried to fix as soon as they could
We were only down for 1 night to attend the footy so cost was more important than luxury for us

The other villas might’ve been different. The pool area and surrounds looked nice. Would’ve expected a little more for the price
The room was neat and felt like a home, good undercover carport even fits a ute. Would definitely make this a regular spot to stay when in the Gold Coast.
I have stayed here several times. Front desk service very friendly and welcoming. The bed was comfy, spa in bathroom. Yes the bathroom is a bit dated but was clean and spacious
Did the job if a little out the way
Philip on reception was great. House was fine, quite basic and smelled a little musty. Had everything I needed though. Kitchen kitted out and a hot powerful shower
The guy at reception was great. The bed and pillows needed updating. It was hard and uncomfortable. Could be a great place if it had a makeover and the grounds had a bit of a tidy up
Nice villa, nice area in general. Reception staff were a bit rude but not so bad that I’d advice to go somewhere else

The hotel has excellent amenities - we spent a lot of time poolside and a couple in our party also said the gym was well supplied
The rooms are great and well kept. The outdoor poo is enormous with plenty of day beds and bbq facilities. The sauna is quickly heated and a morning staple with the gym
We recently had an extended family holiday staying at Mantra Sierra Grand. Overall the hotel is great - the 3 bedroom apartment layout was good with plenty of space
Our room was in mostly good condition with very comfy beds, and the only things that weren't up to scratch were the blinds
Service from the front desk was excellent and we had no problems topping up supplies (tea, coffee, washing powder etc) during the stay
It was equipped with everything we needed, price was very reasonable for the size, and needs of our group. Indoor and outdoor pools, and decent gym for a hotel

So much space, perfect for a family of 4! And everything at your fingertips from restaurants and gyms, to cafes and supermarket, and the beach at the door. Epic stay.
Corridor from lift to room could do with a refresh - maybe ready for my next year’s stay!
Very clean and tidy and has a great view! Fabulous location
Position
Would have been better if little things like dishwasher detergent and sink detergent and tissues were in room
Perfect place to stay. Beach across the road and beautiful ocean view.
Plenty of shopping including Woolworths, and pub at oasis shopping centre, underneath the apartments.
The staff are excellent, and very helpful.
Clean, great view opposite Kurrawa Beach. Quiet as Level 23. Good Air Con. Good kitchen. Comfortable beds.

Staff are amazing and super friendly - one gentleman staff member even jump-started our car, saving us hundreds of dollars :) Views to the mountains and the coast were just priceless
Bring your body boards it's so nice to swim at the beach and the afternoon cloud colours are just breathtaking. Plenty of room in our 3 bdr 2 bathroom room in the Northern Tower
Bus service is amazing from rapid airport connection, Tweed Heads, to Surfers & beyond. Aldi & Coles minutes down the Hwy. Pay a bit more & go for the Premier balcony unit
Had everything you need cooking etc. Location was good for the town, cafes, restaurants and groceries
We loved our stay and highly recommend!! The best part of our stay was the facilities especially the indoor heated pool and spa which our daughter spent most of her time at
Perfect location directly across the road was a kids park which was perfect for anyone with kids and couple hundred metres walk to the surf club for dinner is convenient. Room was really nice and modern and clean
