There is no free drinking water provided. Your have to pay $4 for small sized bottles water in the refrigerator. There is limited amenities in the toilet . No slippers ,toothbrush.shower caps …..

As a guest, I expected professional and equal treatment, but the staff’s attitude was far from it. The room was very basic—no Netflix, average amenities, and nothing 'grand' about it. Breakfast was also very limited

I visited The Star Grand with high expectations, but I left feeling deeply disappointed. From the moment I arrived at reception, I felt an unwelcoming atmosphere that felt like subtle discrimination

I attended the Star Casino for the first time for the nye masquerade ball, the place was so beautiful, staff were so helpful and I had such a good time

10/10 would highly recommend coming here, and can vouch from my brief experience that they provide the best service I have ever witnessed

Seaworld is an awesome place to stay. Everything at your finger tips. Seaworld is right next door. Three minute walk. Staff are the most friendly staff I have ever come across.

Check in girls were not very friendly. The amenities are good but I didn't think it was worth the price per night. it is very noisy in the evening until late. if you are looking for a quiet place don't choose here

The room is huge! The bed is also very large! One bed can easily fit one adult and one child. The water park inside the hotel is so much fun! Highly recommend for families traveling with children to Gold Coast!

Cannot find one on all three days of stay (Sunday, Monday and Tuesday) Hotel can give you tickets of all theme parks before check-in time (15:00) when you approach the front desk or when you check-in on-line

Great location, friendly staff but there are something’s needs attention like breakfast menu is same everyday not much options either, wash basins in the bathrooms are too small it’s easily you will get wet and wet the floor, position of the soap holder is bad in the bathroom it could easily hurt someone while having shower

The check in was smooth and they happily honoured my last minute request for another bed. We also received two complimentary drinks upon arrival which made the experience all the more welcoming

This is a very stylish hotel with a unique, minimalist yet artistic decor. The rooms are spacious, the bed is comfortable, and all the facilities are complete

The room was spacious and had incredible views, and the mini bar was stacked with options and a nice selection of complimentary tea and coffee pods

While the breakfast selection isn't extensive, everything on offer is delicious. This has to be one of the best hotels on the Gold Coast

This definitely doesn't match the over 3000 AUD per night price tag. The breakfast and pool are indeed excellent and create a great resort vibe

A very satisfying experience. The environment was excellent, the facilities were well-appointed, and there's even a swimming pool. Despite it being winter, my child couldn't resist taking a swim and had a fantastic time!

The hotel facilities are good and the staffs are friendly. The only concerns are the room is too old and the shower pressure is not acceptable.

Always a pleasure staying at the Sheraton. We had a minor noise issue from the room next door, but the team went above and beyond to find us another room so we could fully enjoy our stay

Always a good trip to Royal pines , larger crowd this year than previous so buffet Brekky was packed if you didn’t get in early (still ran pretty smoothly tho) Would recommend bringing your own pillow if your a fussy sleeper like myself, their pillows weren’t to my liking but that’s only a preference thing

Hotel rooms are sufficient i stayed in a twin superior room and it was clean, spacious and cable tv is included with option of renting movies. Shower is good enough and it has a bath for kids also

The room was spacious and clean, making for a very comfortable trip. We also used the hotel's pool at night, and it was excellent with a heated pool available, allowing us to relax and enjoy ourselves thoroughly.

Had the best stay only downfall is they dont have a swimming pool, but was so close to the beach it didnt matter that much. Love, love, loved my stay *****

Its best feature is its location, steps from the beach. However, it's a hotel that has been downgraded; some rooms and hallways are in dire need of maintenance

I didn't realise the pool area no longer belonged to the hotel, which was a disappointment. I feel the price is high compared to other places with more amenities and more modern facilities. Breakfast was average as well

It is a good hotel in a good location. It is just a shame that we booked it also for the fitness/gym facilities, and the gym was out of order for the entire duration of our stay

Most of the surrounding restaurants close early, except for one seafood restaurant that stays open quite late; the food was pretty good

There's also a small commercial area by the yacht marina with Cantonese and Thai restaurants, though the food is just passable. The greenery is excellent, but there are a lot of mosquitoes

You can just open the door and kangaroos are right there on the lawn, perfect for interacting and taking photos with them! It's in an upscale area with lots of restaurants and supermarkets nearby, which is very convenient

This resort hotel is located in an affluent area, and it's convenient for self-driving with ample parking

Kangaroos lounge by the entrance every day, and the pool is stunning, though the facilities are a bit dated

Clean and tidy, spacious, with plenty of parking spaces, good location but when the wind is strong, there will be a lot of wind noise from the gap of the door, you have to plug it with a towel to reduce the wind noise

A fantastic hotel! The kitchen is fully equipped, making it perfect for families to cook their own meals. The swimming pool downstairs is lovely, and the front desk staff are very friendly

There's parking on three floors, and the light rail is conveniently located nearby. I'd definitely stay here again! 👍👍

We had a wonderful experience at Peppers Soul! The room was very big and fully equipped. The view from our balcony was incredible. It's in a prime location near the beach and lots of restaurants

The location is fantastic! We were on the 18th floor and the view was absolutely breathtaking. I'd definitely consider staying here again next time

I had mixed feelings about our stay here. On the positive side, the location is fantastic and made getting around very easy. However, there were several drawbacks that affected our experience

We had a great stay at Sovereign. The location is great for access to surfers paradise, and a great area to explore. Staff were friendly, and our deposit was released quickly.

Not fun of glass dining and coffee table when you have small kids around. However we are happy with our stay. Close to tram station which is good

Was a nice stay, clean room and bathroom. Bed wasn’t very comfortable but can’t complain from the price. Neighbours were super loud and rude when entering the shared hallway. Not sure sure we would stay again

Beautiful two bedroom, one bathroom+toilet unit on the ground floor. Warm welcoming feeling as we entered the unit. We arrived late, and hotel has enabled online check in for us with codes sent securely

We also had a sea view from the balcony! The pool and spa were nice additions, but with the proximity to the beach and tram we made the most of the location

Came here for my partner's 30th and had an amazing time! Views are incredible, amenities are insane (the games room was like a mini Timezone), and they even had a bottle of bubbles waiting for us when we came back on her birthday

I visited during Christmas, and perhaps due to fewer staff or full bookings, I noticed a lot of hair that hadn't been cleaned when I entered the room, but I let it slide

Then, in the living room, I saw a potato chip on the carpet. The other room facilities were okay since they were all relatively new. However, what I felt compelled to leave a review for was the water heater

Other than that, parking is paid (not ideal but okay since we got a great room rate), the AC had one temperature setting for the whole apartment (no individual room adjustment), the TV was too small and needs an upgrade (which I let them know) and the indoor spa water stings the eyes (probably too many chemicals, though I note someone else online gave this feedback and hasn’t been addressed)

We’ve just had a wonderful 9 days at sun city. The views, the pools and spas, the ease of access to the beach and the rail station right out the front all makes for a fantastic stay

Wonderful stay which was extended due to cyclone. Staff were friendly, helpful and pro active during a highly stressful time. Any needs were met and the stay was made pleasant

we added breakfast, which was fantastic, easy and a great way to start each day. We were lucky enough to get a late checkout which was lovely

Tram outside or ten minute walk to Surfers main mall. Be aware, their “ocean view” rooms no longer guarantee a good view

The room came with a kitchenette which I think it’s really good to have for someone who likes to prepare some bites. The room is clean and the sea view from the balcony is beautiful

The rooms are newly renovated, spacious, and comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful, easy check in. The unique saltwater pool is a huge attraction. Highly recommended for family with kids

It cannot lay flat (feet are raised, head is sunken) and is terribly noisy with any movement, so a wakeful sleep for all in the room. The room had a good size fridge which was wonderful

The pool was amazing, and the kids had a blast – definitely worth staying here. The sand on the artificial beach was a bit coarse, which made it easier to clean than regular beach sand. The hotel staff were very friendly

We had a girls family 4 day stay in a room with King and Sofa (3 people staying). The hotel staff were exceptional as was the Pool area and Lobby area. The sofa bed was perhaps suitable for small children but not adults

My friend and I went for Christmas and it was wonderful. The accommodation seemed to have all been renovated; it was incredibly clean and even better than the pictures. I'd definitely rebook.

We have been traveling now for three months, staying at multiple caravan parks along the way…and this has been by far the best park we have been to! We booked for 4 nights and ended up staying for 10

We recently stayed at the holiday park and overall the location was nice, but there were a couple of issues that need attention. First, there was a problem with the window in our accommodation

It didn’t seem to close properly, which made the room feel less secure and let in outside noise and air. This should definitely be checked and repaired for future guests

Although it was wet under foot and they were expecting rain, you could see all the staff working hard to ensure everyone was located where it wouldn’t effect their stay or site

The room was huge (a deluxe retreat) that accommodated 2 families comfortably. Washing facilities in the room were well received, the bathrooms were clean and the showers were excellent

The room was neat and felt like a home, good undercover carport even fits a ute. Would definitely make this a regular spot to stay when in the Gold Coast.

but that doesn’t take away from the fact that it’s a great family friendly place that is good for a extended stay

We stayed here in 2018 and then in 2021. We did notice quite a few maintenance issues and updates would be good

I have stayed here several times. Front desk service very friendly and welcoming. The bed was comfy, spa in bathroom. Yes the bathroom is a bit dated but was clean and spacious

Did the job if a little out the way Philip on reception was great. House was fine, quite basic and smelled a little musty. Had everything I needed though. Kitchen kitted out and a hot powerful shower

The guy at reception was great. The bed and pillows needed updating. It was hard and uncomfortable. Could be a great place if it had a makeover and the grounds had a bit of a tidy up

We recently had an extended family holiday staying at Mantra Sierra Grand. Overall the hotel is great - the 3 bedroom apartment layout was good with plenty of space

Aside from that major issue, everything else was good. With proper attention to housekeeping, this would have been an excellent stay

Service from the front desk was excellent and we had no problems topping up supplies (tea, coffee, washing powder etc) during the stay

The hotel has excellent amenities - we spent a lot of time poolside and a couple in our party also said the gym was well supplied

Our room was in mostly good condition with very comfy beds, and the only things that weren't up to scratch were the blinds

The location couldn’t be better. Opposition the airport express bus (777) and tram up to surfers paradise. Noise isn’t an issue other than to say there are hoons and it’s the same up and down the coast

So much space, perfect for a family of 4! And everything at your fingertips from restaurants and gyms, to cafes and supermarket, and the beach at the door. Epic stay.

Perfect place to stay. Beach across the road and beautiful ocean view. Plenty of shopping including Woolworths, and pub at oasis shopping centre, underneath the apartments. The staff are excellent, and very helpful.

Clean, great view opposite Kurrawa Beach. Quiet as Level 23. Good Air Con. Good kitchen. Comfortable beds.

Unobstructed beach view. Clean apartment. Friendly helpful staff. Parking is less than good. Bit of a rabbit warren to get to park your car and quite a walk back to apartments

Perfect location directly across the road was a kids park which was perfect for anyone with kids and couple hundred metres walk to the surf club for dinner is convenient. Room was really nice and modern and clean

The apartment was great but the description was totally wrong it's not queen and two twin bedrooms it's two doubles and one twin bedroom! The middle bedroom had nothing in it apart from a double bed

Staff are amazing and super friendly - one gentleman staff member even jump-started our car, saving us hundreds of dollars :) Views to the mountains and the coast were just priceless

Bring your body boards it's so nice to swim at the beach and the afternoon cloud colours are just breathtaking. Plenty of room in our 3 bdr 2 bathroom room in the Northern Tower

Great location with an easy walk to the beach, central Surfers Paradise, and access to the tram to other parts of the Gold Coast. The apartment was clean with an excellent bathroom and shower

The hotel also comes with a kitchen and laundry room, and the tableware and facilities are all excellent. It's really family-friendly if you're traveling with kids

We really enjoyed our stay with a nice ocean view over the top of most of the buildings in front of us. Car park is convenient and easy to use when we were there. Very easy walk to the beaches and downtown area

Tennis was good, with okay raquets but not enough tennis balls. Our teenagers used it alot, along wiyh the gym. However pool needed spot cleaning to remove baby nappy bits. However, it was good for the price

If it was anymore expensive, I am not sure I would stay. Overal it was a good family friendly nine night stay. Atmostphere was friendly, with most people being pleasant, friendly and considerate if each other
