Seaworld is an awesome place to stay. Everything at your finger tips. Seaworld is right next door. Three minute walk. Staff are the most friendly staff I have ever come across.

The resort is very busy. Check in girls were not very friendly. The amenities are good but I didn't think it was worth the price per night .it is very noisy in the evening until late .if you are looking for a quiet place don't choose here .lots of kids running around from very early til late . It is very handy for seaworld as you can enter through the resort.

The location is great to get access to the sea world and the package also includes other theme park passes. The hotel is a bit old and we found dust inside the room. Facilities are generally aged but overall experience is still ok considering coming with family.

The hotel is a kid-friendly resort hotel with quick check-in and located next to a theme park. The room is spacious; however, the cleaning needs improvement, as we found a few pieces of broken glass on the bed. I called reception, and the cleaner came quickly to clean up and changed the bed sheets.

The rooms are a bit dated, and the soundproofing isn't great. However, the kids absolutely loved the hotel's pool and water facilities. It's also very close to the seafood market.

Parking spaces are far less than enough. Cannot find one on all three days of stay (Sunday, Monday and Tuesday) Hotel can give you tickets of all theme parks before check-in time (15:00) when you approach the front desk or when you check-in on-line. Unfortunately, the link given to me was not working. If that link works, I can go direct to the theme parks before visiting the hotel. Very convenient...

The pool is great and beautiful, and it's very close to the beach, even though breakfast wasn't included.

The check in was smooth and they happily honoured my last minute request for another bed. We also received two complimentary drinks upon arrival which made the experience all the more welcoming. The room was spacious and had incredible views, and the mini bar was stacked with options and a nice selection of complimentary tea and coffee pods.

Great location, friendly staff but there are something’s needs attention like breakfast menu is same everyday not much options either, wash basins in the bathrooms are too small it’s easily you will get wet and wet the floor, position of the soap holder is bad in the bathroom it could easily hurt someone while having shower.

This is a very stylish hotel with a unique, minimalist yet artistic decor. The rooms are spacious, the bed is comfortable, and all the facilities are complete. The bathroom is also very roomy, and the service is excellent. Overall, it's a great experience.

Always a pleasure staying at the Sheraton. We had a minor noise issue from the room next door, but the team went above and beyond to find us another room so we could fully enjoy our stay. Initiali was given a room which faced the disco pool,super noisy at nite.they oni stop ard 1am, I couldn't sleep & had a bad headache the next morning.luckily they managed to help me to change room to the other side after my feedback. Its best feature is its location, steps from the beach. However, it's a hotel that has been downgraded; some rooms and hallways are in dire need of maintenance. I didn't realise the pool area no longer belonged to the hotel, which was a disappointment. I feel the price is high compared to other places with more amenities and more modern facilities. Very nice, the room was ocean view. You can just open the door and kangaroos are right there on the lawn, perfect for interacting and taking photos with them! It's in an upscale area with lots of restaurants and supermarkets nearby, which is very convenient.

This resort hotel is located in an affluent area, and it's convenient for self-driving with ample parking. Location is great, a few things in the unit were run down but let reception know on checkout. The aircon was strong so grateful for keeping cool.

Found cigarette butt on balcony and long black hair throughout bathroom and bedroom. Aircon does not cool the whole apartment meaning main bedroom was very warm in the morning when sun was up. Also roof fan had only one speed and was not effective.Otherwise everything else was great.

A fantastic hotel! The kitchen is fully equipped, making it perfect for families to cook their own meals. The swimming pool downstairs is lovely, and the front desk staff are very friendly. Reception facilities are limited to ordinary business hours - inappropriate for visitors. Guests were charged exorbitant fees for locking keys in their rooms. The keys weren’t lost they were in the rooms.

We had a wonderful experience at Peppers Soul! The room was very big and fully equipped. The view from our balcony was incredible. It's in a prime location near the beach and lots of restaurants. We didn't feel a lot of welcome from the reception only checked in and no recommendations about the room. But overall was good.

I had mixed feelings about our stay here. On the positive side, the location is fantastic and made getting around very easy. However, there were several drawbacks that affected our experience. First, be aware that parking is not included in the booking; we had to pay an additional $25 per day, which felt like a steep hidden cost. We had a great stay at Sovereign. The location is great for access to surfers paradise, and a great area to explore. Staff were friendly, and our deposit was released quickly.

Beautiful two bedroom, one bathroom+toilet unit on the ground floor. Warm welcoming feeling as we entered the unit. We arrived late, and hotel has enabled online check in for us with codes sent securely. We would stay here again when we return to the Gold Coast. Highly recommended!

The moment I walked in, there was a strong smell of stinky feet. The bathroom drain is placed too high, so the water doesn't drain properly. It was super noisy at night, and the soundproofing was terrible.

For Australian prices, it's absolutely fine. Personally, though, I find it too expensive for the value for money.

The views, the pools and spas, the ease of access to the beach and the rail station right out the front all makes for a fantastic stay. we added breakfast, which was fantastic, easy and a great way to start each day. We love the location just up from the main street of surfers so you don’t hear all the noise & just a quick ride on the light rail to get to Cavil Ave which stops right at the gate of the hotel very handy & only .50c to ride the rail. The wooden decor in the room was cozy and perfect for a vacation. The breakfast was generally decent, and I particularly enjoyed the DIY juice machine. Lovely apartment and located within easy walking to beach and restaurants. Pools were crystal clear and great loungers. The apartment 13b was excellent, so clean and new feel, great views. King bed in main. Loved the sound of the waves. Fantastic stay, couldn't find fault anywhere.

We had a clean, comfortable stay with a stunning ocean view at Ultiqa Beach Haven. The staff were helpful and friendly, and it’s just a short walk to the beach and great restaurants. Well appointed and spacious apartment, had everything you need for a relaxing stay. Facilities were excellent and well maintained, I used the pools every day, and played tennis with the family. The location is perfect, near the beach and eateries, with Pacific Fair and Surfers a short light rail ride away.

The location couldn’t be better. Opposition the airport express bus (777) and tram up to surfers paradise. The apartment was great but the description was totally wrong it's not queen and two twin bedrooms it's two doubles and one twin bedroom! The middle bedroom had nothing in it apart from a double bed. No lamp no table not even a chair.

It’s beautifully maintained and freshly renovated main areas. I have been visiting this place for approx 20 years since I was a child and I’ve had fantastic memories here. Apartments are clean and well cared for and terrific ocean views. Facilities including the indoor pool area is great for kids and always clean. This hotel is perfectly located on the second row from the beach, with a bus stop right downstairs, making transportation super convenient. The beach and a supermarket are both just about a 10-minute walk away. The hotel also comes with a kitchen and laundry room, and the tableware and facilities are all excellent. It's really family-friendly if you're traveling with kids. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay with a nice ocean view over the top of most of the buildings in front of us. It’s a block off the ocean. Car park is convenient and easy to use when we were there. Very easy walk to the beaches and downtown area. Loads of restaurants and shopping to be had. We would definitely come back and stay at this place again.

Great location. Shame about Caravan Park directly in front. Use the higher levels 20 and upwards, to block it out a little. Master bed in room 47 lvl 13 was very uncomfortable. Felt like a cheap, hard mattress. Room was bight and clean. Vacuum was broken. Bed rooms could be improved with block out curtains on either side of blinds to prevent the bright light disturbing your morning holiday sleep....

Great location, easy check in (out of office hours). Safe and secure & best of all easy parking for my big vehicle. Easy walking distance to delicious eateries & there are plenty to choose from, a small supermarket and wonderful variety of shops and art galleries. The hotel is conveniently located in a quiet area. There's a bus stop nearby, and the beach is across the street. A large store is a 25-minute walk away, and a tram stop is 10 minutes away. Carpets definitely needs to a steam cleaning. Curtains and the couches has stain, visually you can see the stain needs a good cleaning. Shower base is not level. The drainage is in the middle and the water builds up one side of the base. You have to bring the water to the drainage by using your foot. Door handles are lose. The drainages need mesh to stop cockroaches coming inside.

We enjoyed 9 nights stay, beautiful views, quite location but very close to anything. We were on the 14th floor of a lovely, tidy apartment with anything basic needed. Kitchenware, blankets, TV in every room, towels etc. Received an email for a mod-stay clean up but nobody showed up - which is fine as we kept tidy and a vacuum is provided in the room. We just loved it!!
