I stayed at this hostel in Adelaide and I strongly advise caution. The conditions were extremely unhygienic and unsafe: Insects and larvae were present in both the kitchen and the rooms. There were bugs in the beds, and I was bitten while sleeping (suspected bed bugs). Bathrooms were mouldy, damaged, and very dirty — the shower was unusable. The kitchen was so dirty that I was afraid to cook and had to eat outside every meal. Overall hygiene standards were far below acceptable levels. I reported the situation to the hostel management and the booking platform, but no action was taken. This experience was very stressful and poses a serious health risk. I hope this review helps others avoid the same problems.

If you are traveling alone and don't have high requirements, it's okay.

This kind of backpack is like this. It gives me a room for four people. I live alone. It is quite good. It has everything. I can cook by myself. I think it is quite good. The price is cheap. I recommend it.

Dirty, moldy, noisy until late at night. Typical backpacker place with no sleep and uncomfortable. Good location but I won't use it again.

I am staying in a room in a bedroom with an ensuite bathroom fully paid in advance. Since I've been in this room the bin has not been emptied once it's overflowing with rubbish. The room is generally dirty and run down. The light in the bathroom has never worked so I can't use the toilet or shower here at all so what's the point in paying extra for an ensuite. I asked the two other guys in the room who said the light in the bathroom has never worked for a long time. The light doesn't even have a light tube so you can't use the bathroom at all. The hostel is run down, the kitchen is filthy, the room is filthy. The water pressure for the showers is almost non existent the water is warm at best. Overall a massive disappointment. I do not recommend staying here it's not even one star. 0/1000! 0 Stars! Highly not recommended to stay here. 55 people out of 100 reviews have rated this hostel as either terrible or poor so I'm not alone here in giving this a terrible review. If you're homeless this place may be an option otherwise do not stay here you have been warned!

I have stayed in about 200 hostels in 45 countries and this was the joint worst one I've slept in. I stayed in room 38 which smelt musty and had many cockroaches in the bathroom, bedroom floor and on the bedside table. There was a window but a bathroom had been built immediately in front of it so the view was of a plaster wall. On a bright summer's day we needed to put the light on. The ceiling appeared to be tiles of congealed hay. The bathroom was disgusting, with exceptionally ugly 70s tiles, excessive plugs (probably the source of the cockroaches) and a palm-sized hole in the middle of the floor that appeared to be blocked up with bits of tissue or cooked rice. The sliding door bounced around with gaps at the sides so we had no privacy. There are no windows in the kitchen, dining room or lounge, which were all dimly lit, uninviting and not a place you'd want to linger or socialise in. The location isn't ideal either, as you can't walk to the hostel from the bus or train station, beach, river or key attractions. A large sign says 'No refunds' and no wonder. If they allowed them everyone would request a refund, like I did. I checked out two days early. I told staff it was the joint worst hostel I'd ever stayed in. They didn't ask why. Life is too short to stay somewhere this grim.

Happy staff and fairly quick service but noticed car fumes when sitting outside.

Nice staff, good coffee, but unfortunately their toilets need plumbing .. so best sit outside :)

Love a good Cibo! Staff are lovely, however there has been a few times where my coffee tasted terrible and I wondered if it was because of a chemical they cleaned the machine with? Or maybe it was the Barrister? Not sure.

The balls were good!! Coffee gelati shakes were the bomb. ? ?

This is a handy meeting point at Hutt St, with easy parking. The coffee, desserts, savoury food and staff are great. Thanks for keeping the toilets much cleaner now, guys. Highly appreciated! ?

The food was okay, but very over priced. The steak I had was dry so thank God it came with butter to baste it in. Very disappointed in the fact that you didn't get a choice of salad or greasy fries, just fries :( and you had to pay extra for the salad bar. For all the hipster hype, it was a big waste of money.

Absolutely fabulous. Great food, wine and service. You WILL see us again. Thank you so much.

Waiting staff were too rude, I was there for lunch without a reservation. She left me waited for a few minutes, looked at me but didn't say a word. So I took a seat, that was when she came and said why are you sitting without asking? I was like, hello... i stood there and you ignored me! This is outrageous. The steak was average, to be honest, you don't have to pay that much for the quality. I think this place is over rated. And I would give a minus to the service.

Steaks are cooked to perfection. Staff are friendly and attentive. Would definitely revisit when I'm back in Adelaide
