No outdoor pool; Get annoyed in every morning

Absolutely fantastic! Comfortable beds, great service but I only wish the pool would open again! Will be back next year same as always :) can't beat the Windsor as my grandpa says! Also I enjoyed looking at the dog next door each morning mabey he will treat you to!

It was lovely, well kept, and in a nice location.

Clean and quiet. Although you must pick up keys elsewhere in the city, the advertised pool is not actually useable and the spa/sauna cannot be found. The beds are old and lumpy, pillows are flat and uncomfortable. The 'compendium' of helpful tips WOULD be helpful if it was updated more recently than 2007. If you want a comfortable nights sleep and value for money then go elsewhere. If you want cheap then here is fine if you dont mind tiny carpark spaces and you dont drive anything bigger than a small sedan , total runaround for getting IN and false advertising. Only 2 stars because its clean and quiet.

Unclean. I've been offered old meat and cheese for half price, and whenever I look into the holes where the sauce is stored nozzle-down, I see that the bottles have been leaking and mixing into a gross paste, and nobody has cleaned it up in what appears to be days. This place is a disease outbreak waiting to happen

Nice tasting subs. Also love the cookies. Staff are always helpful and friendly. Seating available in store. Can get quite busy.

Subway was extremely dirty. Employees don't wash their hands and the middle eastern guy who works in the morning has a dishonest way of charging extra for no reason.
