remarkable manor! altough it's a bit dated (authenticits taken into account) a nice stay. be aware of the little flies though, they are everywhere, especially in the bath

Heritage style building, placed in leafy North Adelaide. Second time I have used Buxton Manor and highly recommend it as a place to stay for a number of days.

We stayed in the Musica Viva apartment and it is spacious, charming and situated close to amenities. It is a comfortable walk to the city, including the zoo, the museum and the art gallery, but if we didn't feel like walking the free bus stop is just down the road. It's a brilliant place to stay.

The room was very clean, and all the staff were very friendly, I would gladly stay again at the Enfield Hotel. Also the dining food was excellent

The room was clean and tidy. The location of the property to Adelaide, suburbs and beach is fantastic. The meals were fantastic also. I would stay there again. The property looks a bit old and sad. Maybe a good coat of paint would help and some nice plants. Check-in staff were very reassuring and helpful as I wasn't comfortable to check-in on line.

Very clean, comfortable to live in, and ideally located. Air conditioning in the bedroom is a bit lacking in hot weather; there's only a fan. The washing machine upstairs is a paid service, $4 per load.

The spacious room, and provided facilities including a full kitchen and laundry were excellent, perfect for a longer stay. Cheap secure parking across the street, and a superb central location mere metres to Rundle Mall topped off a great holiday in Adelaide.

Room was very dated with old kitchen, bathroom and poor lighting. Room was on level 1 facing the busy street with no sound proofing. The good side is it has unparalleled location being very close to shops, food and attractions. Kevin, the hotel manager, provides excellent service and single handedly lift the rating of the review. He is a true problem solver and has amazing attention to detail.

The room was clean and well appointed. It was good value for money, however before making the booking it did not state that a $150 refundable bond needed to be paid. Had a great stay here, rooms where reasonably priced and had a sink with mirror in it (very handy). Common room was comfy and bar service was nice. Short 10 min walk to get to Rundle Mall and is next to a dominoes, very convenient! Staff were nice and check in was easy.

Very nice atmosphere and friendly staff. However some rooms are really too small, as well as the kitchen. Bathroom and kitchen need some improvement and to be cleaned more often.

We were 3 people staying in a double bed bunk bed room for two nights. At departure we had to bring down the pillow case, linen and cover but the duvet and the cover remained..we were wondering how often they change that! Kitchen is open until 9.30pm, breakfast is good but be fast before milk is used for the cornflakes. Otherwise you get bread and three sorts of jam. toilets were partly rather not...

Had a function here a couple of weeks ago and it was fantastic! Staff were all very friendly and efficient, making it a really fun and hassle-free night for us. I was a bit worried as I had a few guests with specific dietary requirements but the kitchen was all too happy to work with me and made sure everyone was catered for and left with a full belly :)

The hotel's location is great, within a kilometer of North Street and a shopping mall. There's a large hospital directly across the street. The room was quiet and reasonably spacious, but there was no daily housekeeping service. Breakfast was just okay. Overall, I was quite satisfied.

The room is big and the renovation is new. We drove but the hotel has no car park. We need to park to a car park which the hotel offered us a cheaper daily rate (multiple entries / exits). The car park is not bad but we needed to walk like 10 mins with lugguages. It is more desirable if the car park is closer.

The location was superb. Bar is great, the drinks are perfect. Bathtub & shower area is quite small, the room is spacious. Bed is super comfort.

Welcoming staff on arrival (late). Our room was well equipped oven/hotplates/microwave/washer/dryer and a dishwasher. Restaurant and courtyard for meals. We had dinner one night and staff were attentive without hovering. Hotel was within walking distance to shops and market. Overall was a very pleasant stay.

Great place to stay. The location is convenient and close to the CBD, and the room was clean and well presented. The staff were also very friendly and helpful, which made the stay even better. The only downside was some aircraft noise early in the morning around 6am. It wasn't a major issue for me, but it's something to keep in mind if you're after a very quiet stay.

Room was clean and had everything we needed. Vending machine with frozen food was a great idea. I love everything about this Hotel. The service is excellent, the food is outstanding, the bathrooms are huge and ultra clean, the beds are comfortable, the water pressure is unbelievable and there is even leadlight windows in the rooms. Not to mention the free minibar. I highly recommend this beautiful old pub!

Super friendly welcome from reception as soon as arrived. Great recommendation for a lovely local cafe to grab lunch just down the road. Room spotlessly clean and good size, I forgot to request a cot in advance but this was sorted and brought to the room within minutes. Handy location to easily get into Glenelg, and close to the airport. Would definitely stay again.

Room is nice and clean. There is no lift to access the second floor. If you are staying with family in a second-floor room, you will need to carry your luggage upstairs, which can be difficult.

As soon as we opened the door we were hit by the smell of cigarette smoke.  It was obvious that shower had not been cleaned as there were many thick, black hairs on the walls and all over the soap holder & shampoo/conditioner/body wash bottles.

Room was a nice size. Although we had a first floor unit, there was a lift for we oldies to use. Room was clean & bathroom excellent, with walk-in shower.

Room was spacious and spotless. Though there was bodywash there was no shampoo/conditioner You had to borrow the iron and board from the office, it wasnt a huge problem, they bought it to us. The staff were very helpful and obliging. y

The motel was clean and easy to find. The room was spotless and bed was comfy and sheets was so comfy. It was close proximity to Glenelg beach. Staff was super friendly and helpfull. Overall definitely recommend for the price.

Located in the north of Adelaide is a 3 minute drive from the botanical gardens and approximately 25 minute walk. It's got good parking and is easy to get to. Old building with lots of history.

Helpful staff, clean room with good air-conditioning. Quiet area. Nicely maintained old building.

A great location, walkable to the city centre in just 20 minutes, 15 minutes to the Oval.

Room was nice, staff were excellent and very helpful with arranging taxis to around town.

Convenient, but the noise of airplanes at night is a problem.

Absolutely fantastic! Comfortable beds, great service but I only wish the pool would open again! Will be back next year same as always :) can't beat the Windsor as my grandpa says! Also I enjoyed looking at the dog next door each morning mabey he will treat you to!

Parking was good, quiet surroundings & short walk to the main CBD. Didn’t receive an email re check in details prior to checking in, however, contacted property re same & was immediately sent mail details of check in. Third person bedding wasn’t set up, however, cleaner was still on site & provided me with bedding material for the sofa bed.

JJAY Appartment we stayed in needed maintenance. No cord on blinds so we couldn't open them, dining table very unstable and not safe to use as it was a glass top. Unfortunately these appartments are not manned which we where unaware of when we booked.

Loved our apartment and the location. Definitely value for money. Modern decor and facilities were lovely. The bathroom needs a good clean as grout and shower screen had a lot of soap scum. Also the toilet bowl wasn't clean.

CBD free transport is really convenient, the vibe was so amazing, we had a ball. Value for money, omg where can you stay with your gf's under $40 Considering limited staff the facilities and cleanliness was perfectly acceptable. Evan was very friendly and helpful. Room was very spacious and had all amenities, a.c. fridge and coffee maker. Bathroom was very spacious and well maintained.

An older building tucked away on Hindley St. only a short walk to the Convention Centre, to food and entertainment makes this the perfect spot for those who don't need the fancier trimmings of somewhere far more expensive. The owners are very willing to help and kept us well looked after.

I was planning on only staying at this hostel for just 1 or 2 weeks ended up staying for 2 months, all the staff are very friendly and helpful. The people that make the hostel dirty were the backpackers that don't clean up after themselves even though the hostel gets cleaned everyday by staff.
