The hotel is exquisite and elegant, with a charming lobby bar that's perfect for a relaxing vacation. There's a bus stop right outside, making transportation very convenient, and a botanical garden is within walking distance.

Staff were very efficient, pleasant and helpful. Room was well appointed and very comfortable. The only downside was a shortage of hanging spaceI would definitely recommend the Royce.

Excellent service. Loved the Art Deco designs everywhere, especially in the suite, as well as the Showroom Bar.
The Terrace was a wonderful place to have breakfast too.
The cocktails at the Showroom Bar were original and delicious too!

Very posh hotel with great quite location, still close to city, you can take a tram or a quick 15 mins ride into the city. Clean and well-appointed.

I stayed in one of the premium suites and while the facilities themselves were absolutely beautiful, the experience was completely overshadowed by the staff’s inflexibility and attitude. For a hotel at this price point, you’d expect a level of warmth, professionalism and basic accommodation for guests simply wanting to enjoy their stay. Instead, every request felt like pulling teeth and there was zero effort to be welcoming or solutions-focused. It’s a real shame, because the property is stunning – but the staff could benefit from remembering that hospitality is meant to feel hospitable.

Modern refurbished hotel, staff are friendly, however bar is expensive and lacks ambience. Individual toiletries which was a positive however they were not refreshed during 4 night stay.

Huh!!!!!!
Hello Subway, I just went to this subway Tuesday night around 11pm for the fisrt time in my life and thank god bc I made it out of there alive.?✌️Anyway the girl was sooo rude to me for no reason and I thought she want to hits me or something and I didn’t sleep since that night bc she scared me.
Thank you for the good and bad experience and Im still happy bc im still alive.:)

I am very disappointed. I went there last Sunday (8/Jan/2017 @ 10:50am) and I had a beautiful breakfast and an amazing service. I went there again today (14/Jan/2017 @ 10:30am) expecting to repeat that experience but instead I had a very poor and kind of empty sandwich and an awful service. There was an Asian girl who looked angry and annoyed with the world. Very rude to customers. I understand it is only a sandwich but definitely is not something you want on a Saturday morning.

When they are very busy They don't always change gloves when they have been handling meat and then put together vegetarian patty. This happened to me twice and I refused to accept it.
