Great location with the free red CAT to Perth right outside the door. Staff were very helpful and friendly and our spa studio room was quite large. Very clean room and very quiet at night. No microwave but it does have tea and coffee making facilities.

What a lovely hotel. The staff were wonderful especially Nicole who helped us several times. Yes the room layout is unusual with no doors on the bathroom area but we enjoyed our room & the king bed was supa comfy. Free CAT bus almost at the door around every 8 minutes makes it a great place out of town to stay.

Really nice hotel - our room was very clean and comfortable. Aircon was good, had tea and coffee making facilities and a little fridge. Reception lent us some bowls and spoons to have breakfast in our room which was helpful! Hotel is approx 20-30 mins walk to main parts of town, but the bus that stops outside (red cat) was completely free - very quick and easy to get into central Perth.

This property is situated in a great location. Close to buses and shops. However, there is no pool, gym or laundry. This is all located off site.

I found this accomodation to be very neat and tidy and the staff were of the highest calibre in regards to courtesy and knowledge of the area.

Liked that it wasn't a very large hotel and room was great with public transport and sites to see nearby.

Public transport right outside. Beautiful happy and helpful staff who were always smiling. Short walk to Kings Park, access to Next Gen gym was a bonus. My room was spacious and the little balcony was lovely.

This was a very easy place to stay. parking and accessibility no problem on a weekend or from Late afternoon on a Friday. easy public transport as well.

We hadn’t realized when we booked that this was a very basic level of service with no room refresh as we were not there over 8 days and nothing provided to clean sinks or work surface either. It is well appointed and the area during the week is bustling but as it’s mainly a business area some places were closed at random times. Good places for breakfast and dinner close by. The red cat bus stops outside and is free and can get you to town easily and frequently where you can pick up great links to all parts of Perth so again a plus for the location! We had room 107 which was very dark as the outside view was a brick wall. This is a perfect place to stay if it’s literally a room that you’re using only for sleeping and the staff we came across were all polite.

Beautiful place and excellent services but food were not up to the stardard especially when the price is at the high end. Villa D'este has a great potential to be an amazing restaurant if the food quality is to improve.
