The hotel service is good, the food is decent, and the facilities are alright. The staff are very polite, and the surrounding area is lovely with plenty of shopping options.

The room, the space, the design, the facilities, and the staff were great. Our bed was very comfortable too. We will definitely return.

The location is fantastic. While Perth city has free buses, Perth Station and Elizabeth Quay are both within walking distance.

There's a kitchenette, but no stovetop. It had a sink, toaster, electric kettle, and microwave, along with plates, cutlery, and silicone cooking utensils.

Laundry facilities are on the 2nd and 6th floors. On the 2nd floor, there was one washer and one dryer. It took a while to do laundry, but we were able to wash our clothes whenever we needed to, and they provided detergent, which was very helpful.

The only downside is that there's no housekeeping on public holidays and weekends. You can get fresh towels at reception, but we happened to stay over a long weekend, and our trash and dirty towels piled up.

The bathroom had noticeable mold, but otherwise, I'd say the place was clean.

Hearing that hotels in Perth are generally expensive, I thought this one was pretty good value for money.

Centrally located in Perth, making it very convenient for getting around. The bedding was clean, though I found the duvet cover not being attached to the duvet a bit unusual. The kitchen facilities were quite basic, with only one pot, which was a bit limited for anything beyond a simple breakfast.

The hotel's location is excellent, making it very convenient for getting around. The front desk staff were warm and polite, and the room has a kitchen, which was great for simple cooking. The room itself was also quite clean.

The location and service is good. The room is large.

The room is quite spacious, and the mattress is soft and thick. However, the duvet cover was missing, so the bedding easily became messy. They don't clean on Sundays, and the toiletries were incomplete; I had to ask for them myself. The front desk service was very good, though.

Went for high tea, we were squished in very tightly, my vegan requested food came out not as high tea but just on a plate, almost at the end after everyone else had finished....and it was vegetarian not vegan. Between waiting for my food I went to order a drink, was told to come back later as they were busy serving another table. They have almond milk for coffee, that was the only good thing. Won't be going back.

Great high tea (scones first is strange though). Waiters were pleasant but didn't come by much and it was hard to get their attention.

Went here for a Sunday high tea which was booked on Friday. It was closed. We could see 1 person inside who wouldn't make eye contact. We called repeatedly but no answer. After 20 minutes waiting outside, we left.

We went for a high tea, the food was good, the pink scones where Amazingness.
But the tea it's self needed work. The tea leaves are left in the pot, so go bitter. The staff where happy to exchange the tea (and cups) when ever promoted, which was great. But pre infused tea would help all of those who don't know tea, and are just there for a hens day/baby shower or other such event.
Maybe I'm just being a tea nerd.

nice place, came here for a work lunch, the pre-orders and service were spot on. my dish was this pressed lamb for $25 - it was delicious and pretty well priced given the location and setting. they have some decent drink specials too

Went here today to meet a friend. They accept booking on line. I think that this place has a very nice ambiance Mondays through Thursdays but Fridays can get really loud and busy which is understandable. Food is great. Place is nice. The reason why I have given this place four stars is because there are not enough healthy options. And maybe not a lot of food selection.

Went there with my wife for dinner

She ordered Fish and Chips and I ordered Chicken Parmigiana. We also shared a Coleslaw. She had a Lemon Lime Bitter and I had a House White

Fairly average tasting food overall. The wine was good. The price was good also. Service average

Very well presented dishes at a fair price. The pork cheeks were pretty special. Overall a good place for a drink and a feed that doesn't take itself too seriously.
