The hotel is conveniently located near Perth station making it easy to reach from Perth Airport. The spacious room features a separate bedroom and includes a kitchen with a large table. Daily cleaning isn’t provided.

However, this time the living room is air-conditioned while the bedroom only has a fan. The facilities are generally good, but housekeeping needs improvement, the fan and walls have accumulated noticeable dust

There's a Woolworths supermarket just around the corner, and it's only a 7-minute walk to Perth Station, making it very convenient for getting to Fremantle and the airport

A special thanks to the lady at the front desk who allowed me to use the shower facilities after checking out, as my return flight was in the early hours of the morning

Great hotel with a perfect location! It’s very close to the Central Station and right in the CBD area, which made it very convenient to explore the city

And with limited space and equipment, it’s not even open to a reasonable hour. Beds clearly 2 x single beds pushed together and uncomfortable to boot. For a 2 night stay given 3 raw sugars

Walls in kitchen and everywhere desperately needed a deep clean. Just covered in a build up of gross. I cleaned a wall while stalling, before I checked out early as I just wanted to leave

No communication, it was like a silent auction of a check in. The gym is tiny and the sauna isn’t switched on until you turn it on and wait 5 min. No water to add humidity to sauna

For the price there is so much better available. And I checked out Friday… I asked when I will be getting my deposit back… the lady said mid next week… great thanks for that…

My favourite colour is green, but those hallways are the most Kermit The Frog on acid putrid green colour. If you are hungover, wear shades and a hat… Would not stay again

Quiet by the river, yet close enough to walk to restaurants, shops, and key areas of the city. It felt relaxed without being isolated. Facilities were well maintained and practical. Everything worked as it should

2 bedroom apartment was great for 1 night. Walked to great eateries, easy check in/out, parking at front door which was appreciated in heavy rain. Old building but kept well, and very clean & comfy

Questions were handled quickly and with real care. You could tell they wanted guests to feel comfortable, not just processed. Cleanliness was clearly a priority and it showed in every space. The location is hard to beat

We had a genuinely excellent stay at The Peninsula Riverside Serviced Apartments. Every interaction was warm, polite, and helpful. From check in to daily support, nothing felt rushed or scripted

The large lawn and river beach outside are perfect for a barefoot stroll, and it's lovely to walk around after dinner. The room felt clean, and the mattress was very comfortable

Pool not clean and a lot of the paths outside the cabins were deteriorating and dangerous. Excellent on site bar and grill

Absolutely loved our stay here. The area was nice, rooms were perfect for what we needed (comfy bed, tv, sitting area, microwave, coffee/tea/kettle, ensuite) and it had a pool and a playground

Close to Sam Kerr Football Centre, Carousel and Belmont Forum. Bistro served huge meals, which were tasty. Although the pool is small, its deep, kids loved it

Great hotel. Easy location. Staff were great, room was good and the bar and food attached to hotel was fantastic. Will be returning.

Not one water mark on the shower screen, my husband almost walk into it ! We went to the restaurant and ordered a pizza, delicious ! We have no problem with recommending this motel to anyone, we will be return guests

They were good amenities and plenty of space. There were a few mosquitoes that we killed. I think they would’ve repaired the tiny hole in the fly screen after our comment

This hotel has only 5 parking spaces. If you want to park, you need to make a reservation. If your driving skills are average, you can just park next door. There is a Willson parking next door

Friendly and exceptional helpful staff. Great location, very close to CBD and bus stations. Good cooking facility. A wash machine available. Definitely come back.Would recommend to friends.

The front desk staff was very friendly. They were very helpful with any questions I had! The hotel is very close to the downtown area, making it easy to buy groceries and go shopping

Great place - room was clean and tidy with a good amount of utensils for cooking. Was helpful having a washer/dryer. Staff were on check in/check out were very friendly

There's also a delicious authentic Indian restaurant nearby that's open until 10:30 PM

Loved the place overall. Staff really helpful and appartment great. Really comfy bed and lovely cotton bedding. Only downside was the green slimy pool which was a real shame on such a hot day.

The worst part was the swimming pool which was dirty green and looked like an avocado smoothy which was extremely disappointing; because we had walked all round Perth, it was an extremely hot day and we would have had a swim if it hadn't been so dirty

Missing pillow cases on sofa bed, no top sheet on beds, fitted sheets came off easily, mattesses need deep clean & only 2 towels provided for 3 guests. Was some unpleasant marks on the curtain and ACs needed a clean

room 18 was near the pool which we loved. the room looked like it hadn't had a deep clean since covid. the exhaust fan in the bathroom had 5 years of dust on it and it didn't work

There has been no offer for compensation or apology, very disappointing when the pool was one of the main reasons the apartments were chosen

Unfortunately it has been hot and the pool has been closed the entire week we have been here

A1 location - huge playground over the road. Walking distance to optus stadium, restaurants, IGA. There's no pool despite their google listing mentioning it. Rooms are comfortably furnished but bathroom dated

So close to Optus you can walk there. Rooms are big. Shower was hot with loads of pressure. Toaster microwave kettle and coffee pod. Easy check in. Will do a one night stay there again if going to Optus from the country.

Had to attend Royal Perth Hospital recently for an angiogram, Baileys Motel was a short distance away and a great place to stay. Great room and the meals were superb ??

There’s a free CAT bus service from the motel to CBD and the bus stop is only a minute walk away But if you are staying long, I would highly suggest to find a different place TLDR; You pretty much get what you paid for in terms of the room but the service staff is really nice

The service staff are excellent but in terms of the room, the toilet has flies and the shower head had rust If you have a short trip to Perth or you are there for an event or just want a cheap place to stay for your trip, this is a good place

It is a home away from home, safe and secure. Will be back again!

My and my friend had the pleasure to stay in this lovely location! The room has everything that you might need but also super clean ! If we need to talk about the bed, it was super comfy I felt asleep like a baby ! I highly recommend ! As icing on the cake the host are truly lovely people!

Bed was comfy, security tight and digital, continental brekkie every morning, kitchen is a shared and ample space for what you pay, clean towels daily, and close to Kingsway sports complex and drive to shopping spots which we targeted

I particularly liked the security arrangements being in my late seventies and coming back late in the evening. Everything you need is at hand and the delightful Natalie is always at hand to help if needed

What a lovely experience staying at Michael and Natalie’s place. Very clean, friendly and a beautiful place. The check in was easy, the gardens are beautiful. Thank you for making my stay enjoyable

Astoria was plesant, and I stayed there Saturday to Tursday so that last negative review was certainly unwarranted. Clearly says no alcohol in rooms so suspect they were on the bottle

Everything is within easy reach, which made exploring very hassle free. The apartment itself was clean and well equipped, with complete amenities that made it feel like a home away from home

The only downsides were the extra charge for parking and the WiFi, which wasn’t very reliable. Overall, a great stay for convenience and comfort

Not enough hot water to allow 2 quick showers , and nobody to tell as nil staff/reception and as lady in the check in convenience store has limited English and said she doesn’t know who to tell!!!

Stayed at Starwest Alderney on Hay mainly for its excellent location which is right in the CBD and super convenient to get around using the free CAT buses

The next day must go to the convenience store to make the deposit and get the parking permit and pay for parking. Cleaning only once a week but can get top up for tea, coffee and toilet paper at the convenience store

The view of the ocean from the motel is breathtaking. The staff were friendly and helpful. They made Stuart and I feel at home. No matter what request we made they were more than happy to accomodate our needs

Room was spotless with a nice view. Booked and checked in late but the after hour service when I got there was friendly and easy. Will go again.

We had a beautiful view of the ocean! 😀 In future we will book a ground floor room as my balance isn’t great! I don’t cope with the stairs very well.

Everything here is very homely. There is a nice breakfast spread, and the beds are nice and comfortable. The pool is decent, and the owner is really friendly.

Very clean room and bathroom, plenty of parking space and super close to shopping centre (250m), train station (20 minutes walk or 3 minutes drive), and quick train into city. Would recommend staying here for sure

Unbeatable value for money in every way. Everything was great, so friendly and helpful. Four minutes walk from mall which catered for food and adjacent to a REVO gym. I will be going back to The Palms for sure

It’s also a special occasion for me, as it was my birthday. Last year, we stayed at another apartment for my birthday and were pleasantly surprised by how nice it was, even though the price was quite similar

Rooms are very tidy and well maintained, the pool and spa is definitely an extra perk to enjoy and relax. The secure environment is also a plus. Will definitely be returning :)

The room is overall clean but we saw a lot of cockroaches from the kitchen sink. My husband managed to kill eight of them and had to pour boiling water in the sink to stop them from coming into the room

This time, however, the experience didn’t quite live up to my expectations. Maybe I was expecting too much, or perhaps it was because I booked a budget-friendly room. The receptionist was not friendly

I told the receptionist when checking out but she told me there is nothing they can do. Hairdryer didn’t work as it bursted out with a spark when plugged in and caused short circuit to the bathroom

Excellent place to stay!! Clean, comfortable and quiet! There is an excercise room, pool and a playground for kids! Definitely a good place!

The hotel has a great location, very close to Chinatown for food. The room was quite spacious, a one-bedroom apartment with twin beds and a kitchen. The facilities were just okay, but the price was reasonable
