Location: in the centre of Ischgl, next to the ski slopes, 2 minutes walk from shops and restaurants, 30 km from the railway station Landeck, near the ski bus stop, 400 m from the ski lifts, 100 km from the airport of Innsbruck.
Consists of one 4-storey building.
The hotel has 26 rooms.

Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

Two problems: Breakfast is poor and wifi weak. Will recommend.

We were there with an organized ski trip:
- Staff and especially the young boss was unfriendly and even rude at times.
- Some people and even children left hungry from the diner. Very small portions: After a few days people asked extra portions which we received but not with a smile.
- Breakfast was very basic and no variation. No fresh fruit salad. Only once in thet week we received croissants. You needed to be first at breakfast to have enough choice.
It seemed that the young boss (man) always was in a very bad mood.
Due to the unfriendliness and negative staff atmosphere, we will choose an other hotel the next time in Ischgl.
