I have been spending my holidays at Milderer Hof Hotel for years and always look forward to returning, as I do every year, to the place where I feel at home and pampered with high-quality services. My room is very spacious and clean, equipped with everything I need. The ski room has been professional renovated, and my skis are always waiting for me, prepared to the highest standards for the slopes. Last but not least, the wellness area is diverse and spacious. I cherish every moment spent together and the friendship with which you treat us. You and the place are special. Top top top! Great ski area for ski addicts. Not for party animals on the piste. The hotel is a warm welcome back after a great day of ski, trekking, rodeling,… The Hofer family knows how to pamper everybody. Just top!!!!

This hotel is large, impressive, chic and classy. The spa is one of the most beautiful I have ever seen. The recent redecoration has been very tastefully done, colors, materials en design reflect major dedication and excellent taste. But better than this all is the superb, warm and friendly, yet highly professional presence of the Höfer family and their staff. This family clearly runs their hotel with love and passion, and this is why arriving at the Milderer Hof always feels like coming home. The restaurant is superb. The menus are designed, prepared and executed flawlessly every day. The dining environment (particularly the “marble room”) is stellar, and so is the table preparation. Buffets always offer an abundant choice of dishes, yet all prepared with perfect ingredients, with excellent care and great eye for detail. And if even if despite the massive choice you still want something different, the staff is always happy to think along and help you out, with a smile. They say that “there is no place like home”, well, that’s clearly wrong. There is no place like the Milderer Hof!

Had a fantastic stay at Milderer Hof. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, the rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect. Breakfast, diner and anything in between was delicious too. Highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay again.

My wife and I recently stayed 3 nights in a junior suite at the Milderer Hof. The rooms were large and well appointed, with a comfortable Austrian king (2 twin beds pushed together). The staff was friendly and generally spoke fluent English. Breakfasts included a huge assortment of food, including omelets, fresh fruit, cheese, cold cuts, fresh vegetables, and breads. Dinner varied, sometimes with 4 choices for mains, other evenings a buffet of starters and mains. There was generally a large assortment of fresh salad ingredients, cheeses, bread, and soup. The fare was typical Austrian. Unfortunately it rained for most of our time in the Stubai valley, so we do not have the opportunity to enjoy all of the offerings.

We stayed here for 6 nights, in a suite with lovely views. The staff and service here are excellent. We had half board, but this is really full board plus. The breakfasts are fantastic, in quality and quantity, the "small" lunch is great, with a good selection of salads and bread. The cakes and fruit in the afternoon, are excellent, and you can choose between lots of teas, and coffee. The dinner, was usually 6 courses. Some buffet and some served at your table.There is almost too much food!. Some parts of the hotel, need a bit of a refresh,but I highly recommend this place, as its friendly and excellent value, and in a good location.

Generally excellent hotel - luxury bedrooms are very spacious with good sitting area and balcony. Large outdoor terrace - excellent for sitting with afternoon tea, after dinner coffees, etc. Pool is really attractive and a good size with very good outlook over mountains. Enjoyed the great selection at the breakfast buffet, the afternoon tea, and multi-course evening meals. Two main criticisms: Firstly, we were allocated (no choice) a table (for all breakfasts and evening meals) which was in an interior dining area - so no windows at all, which seemed very unfortunate for a hotel with such great views. And secondly, they had a serious problem with flies when we were there. They were very irritating at the table every day when we were eating, but more importantly, they were all over the food in the buffet area. The serving/cooking staff seemed totally unconcerned about this but we found it very unpleasant selecting food which had flies sitting on it! And one minor criticism: they invariably offered a fish option at dinner, but always with rice. Both of us would often have preferred the fish option if only it had been available with something something other than rice!

The breakfast was the same every day and very boring. The waitress was very impolite in the morning. As we asked for a third can coffee (we were six of us altogether) she told us "I have already bought two for you!". The evening waitresses were polite and kind. The afternoon cookies were tasty. The dinner dishes were fine.

One of us had to sleep on the floor because they messed up our booking but the hotel staff didn’t care. In fact they were outright rude to us and we didn’t feel welcome here. Breakfast was mediocre, WiFi didn’t work, the place was kinda falling apart and dirty.

There is basically no internet in many places in the hotel, including our room.
There are two separate mattresses on the bed even though we double checked with them and made sure we wanted a double room.
The walls are paper thin, I can hear the neighbours talking quietly.
The receptionist was extremely rude, turned away while we were talking and didn't look back.
The breakfast is the same every morning and there isn't a huge selection.
The soap was really bad and ran out (they didn't refill it).
The toilet paper also ran out because during cleaning they didn't refill it.
The room was dirty, there were dead insects there when we arrived. Those insects were never removed throughout our stay.
It is nice of them to offer free water during dinner.
