This is the most exquisite property on a lake in Austria. I have traveled here five times and I live in the United States. From the moment you drive up to the beautiful door you are transported into a world of magnificent original art work, a warm and friendly reception who are so kind and happy. I love the Lake View Suite and they always go out of their way to accommodate the guest because you become a part of their family. The traditions run deep, The landscaping is something out of Architectural Digest, the extraordinary bar is simply divine as are the bartenders. You never want for anything. They provide white glove service with an incredible chef and staff. It is quiet, with a sensational spa. I adore each and everyone who works there. They are engaged with you and they want to pamper you unlike any other hotel I have enjoyed in the world. I look forward to joining them again and again. It is a very high end concept and they deliver every moment of every day.

We get top table near windows, view to lake - kitchen there ( Chef!) is on very high level - variety of flavors, ingredients, also long wine list - restaurant Maitre D, nice Italian, run his team very professionally - when you enter the hotel, Front Office / Reception - you get right informations from staff with smile - rooms and wellnes area completely renovated, nice art dislike: - just general info about sauna rooms, when you enter concrete sauna you dont know about temperature and humidity there - no info near doors

I must say in my humble opinion this is the first hotel on the most gorgeus lake in Austria. When I ask others who live in Austria they agree as well as many world travellers. Ths team demonstrates the epitome of hospitality. From the moment they greet you, you realize you have made the best descision in your life. The views are stunning everywhere you look, as each room, the classsy, exraordinary bar, the dining room with the most creative and delicous food and flexible chef and team. Where you ccan dine outsie on the terrace or inside. I could go on.

My stay at the hotel was truly exceptional. The atmosphere is luxurious, offering both comfort and elegance with breathtaking views that make the experience unforgettable. The breakfast was truly outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious options and impeccable service. I would especially like to thank Mr./Ms. BOZIDAR and Lara for their professionalism, courtesy, and remarkable attention to detail, which made our breakfast experience even more special. A truly remarkable stay that I highly recommend.

Stunning hotel right on the lake. Very well run with excellent food, would highly recommend the restaurant by the water front. Recently renovated rooms, beautifully done. Amazing spa, beautiful views and fantastic gym. Hotel provides lots of water activities such as boat tours, waterskiing and tubing, and there are free paddle boards attached to the pier to be taken out onto the lake. A highlight was the hotel’s all-day gelatoria on the waterfront with a fantastic selection! Wonderful stay, can’t recommend enough

Absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful property. The amenities are incredible with heated lake pool, spa facilities, and beautiful landscape throughout. The staff could not have been more welcoming and eager to provide whatever we requested. Our room was lovely with views of the lake and manicured grounds. There is ample storage in the rooms, comfortable bedding and very nice bathroom features. I had the best pedicure of all time with a beautiful view of the lake during it. Fabulous! Our stay at Schloss Seefels was a highlight of our 3 week trip in Austria.

This is an amazing property. From the moment you check in, you feel you have arrived in resort heaven. The property is stunning, breathtaking views, and fabulous spa amenities. This was our recharge ourselves stay while in Austria and we could not have enjoyed it more.

Unquestionably the best hotel I have ever stayed in. There will be bigger, more expensive etc hotels on the planet, but for relaxation, this is my pick. I think they have the most important criteria (for me), just right. The location right on the lake is beautiful, the decor is so tasteful, food was excellent, but their greatest asset is the staff. You can tell the training and customer service is of the highest standard. In my opinion staff can make or break a hotel and the management here have it just right. I genuinely can't wait to go back when I need a breather and a bit of pampering. From the welcome glass of champagne to the dip in the heated lake pool, love it !
