I have been to plenty of hotels all over, but this one is just THE place to go if you want to disconnect and be pampered.
Friendly staff, amazing facilities, all brand new and of the best quality, and it has the most impressive facilities for kids (and adults!). The water slides are stunning, there is a kids club, and so many other little details thought for the smallest ones. And then there is the breakfast…we were all without words. So much to choose from, of the highest quality.
The Hetterger’s have really achieved an impressive resort, with pools all over (obviously heated!), magnificent breakfast and dinner, and amazing staff.
We will be back soon!!!

Great relaxing resort with excellent service and great food

We booked a spa day, the staff was really unfriendly. The woman at the reception was really unkind, because we booked too much spa appointments so she didn't call the spa staff she said we should go upstairs and should rule it. So we needed like 30 minutes for this because she didnt even show us the area for the spa appointments. Then we had breakfast, I think the boss showed us our table, he was really kind but then no service stuff came to our table asked us if we want to have an egg or coffee. After the spa day we wanted to have sushi,we asked if we can order sushi the boy from the bar saif yes of course then he said we can take place where ever we want to an he will bring us the menu. He never came!!! we waited for 20 minute!!!! We got no drinks no sushi Nothing... sorry but if you pay so much for just a spa day you have to be friendly and respectful with guests even if they don't stay at the hotel :)

The Edelweiss Grossarl is a super nice, top Hotel. The Spa area offers everything the heart desires - with a large Sauna and Wellness landscape. First class cuisine and super nice and helpful staff! To really recommend!
