I absolutely loved this hotel! The rooms were great, and I especially appreciated the beautiful bathroom design. The staff was incredibly friendly, and a special shoutout to Maria, who works in the bar and restaurant - she made my experience even better. She was truly exceptional! I’m giving this place a 10 out of 10.

What really sets Hotel Kristall apart is the heartfelt hospitality. The owners are hands-on, kind, and incredibly thoughtful. It’s rare to find a place where you feel so well looked after, and it made all the difference to our holiday.

Very pleasant stay.
Clean, comfy and fresh boutique hotel, whit a really nice couple in charge ;)
Wide selection of breakfast foods, wine card with local vines and a small sauna where you can end your day.
Ski slopes are right-behind-the-window.

This is a fabulous hotel. Very comfortable modern rooms which are spotlessly clean. Fantastic owners who are very friendly and welcoming. Great selection of breakfast food and really good food served in the bar in the evenings. We have stayed here twice and will undoubtedly be back.

The Kindl family are lovely. The hotel is in an excellent location and you can ski a blue run to the hotel. The rooms are modern and cosy with great views of the mountains. Staff are very polite and friendly. Breakfast was good with hot and cold food. Coffee machine in the rooms was great to wake up to with the pods replaced every day. The bar area was great with all the different types of drinks available. I took a tooth infection while there and Roland organised a dentist and taxi for me with no hassle at all. Very much needed and appreciated. Apart from the toothache, it’s was a great holiday, great resort, great skiing, great friends and great hotel. Highly recommend and will be going back next year.

Amazing Hotel- from start to finish, warm welcome from the owner, he was very helpful with everything from booking us taxis, restaurants and even a dentist appointment when I had a tooth problem. The fondue night was delicious, all the staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean and lovely rooms. Amazing family run hotel in a great ski resort

I recently stayed at Hotel Kristall and was impressed by the warmth and hospitality of the owners, the Kindl family, as well as the hotel staff. The hotel was spotlessly clean and my room was spacious and comfortable. I particularly appreciated the delicious breakfast served each morning. The location of the hotel is also perfect for ski enthusiasts, as it is easy to get to the slopes. The added bonus of an amazing sauna and a well-equipped ski and boot room made for a truly relaxing and enjoyable stay. But what truly sets this hotel apart is the kindness and helpfulness of the Kindl family. When I found myself stuck on a ski slope, they went above and beyond to come to my rescue. I am truly grateful for their care and would highly recommend Hotel Kristall to anyone seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay in the mountains.

Great family hotel - best rooms - Friendly and helpful staff - great location - a few meters from the ski entrance - very good breakfast and delicious food at the bar - meteorologist Dieter is priceless! Unlimited recommendation!

1 night with siblings at the Obertauern Hotel Crystal. Great location, walking distance to the slopes. Hotel parking right in front of the door. The staff, the owners, are very friendly, attentive and hardworking. Very good customer service! The room is very clean and spacious. Rich breakfast buffet. Anytime with family or friends!

Hello, we were in Krystal for the second time in January - and because it was a very good holiday, despite my skiing accident, we will be back next year - and I hope to be able to get back on the slopes again. Greetings to all and wish you a good season Manuela and of course Tommy ?
