This place is so special. Impeccable service, lovely staff, brilliant for kids, comfortable rooms, delicious food, so much choice, perfectly located with a gorgeous swimming pool and spa. We had the most amazing week and will definitely be back.

I don't bother to write hotel reviews, but feel inspired to this time. As other have noted, Drei Sonnen is outstanding. The people are warm and welcoming, the rooms modern and exceptionally clean. There is "Disney" level attention to detail - personalized notes, appropriately sized bath robes for each child and more. The food and service was fantastic as well. Super nice hotel right at the bottom train station. Top service is still very important here. Besides the hotel, Hiasl is also worth recommending. We look forward to staying here again and again.

One of the best hotel stays in my life. Amazing location and amenities but you are definitely coming here for the incredible heart-warming service of the dedicated employees. If that is not enough than you will be enjoying an luxurious evening dinner and a excellent breakfast buffet. I will go there again for sure. The crazy view of the panoramic pool on the roof is a must.

It was our big dog, Kudu’s first holiday and they helped us so much to accomodate us and our boy. Even served us breakfast and dinner in a dog friendly area where we could control him

The setting in the mountains is beautiful. We had a 5 course dinner as part of our stay....delicious. A pretty town where the locals were out in their national costumes going to some function and the quiet cows wandered down the street, bells around their necks, heading into their stalls for the night. The owner of the hotel arrived at our table to introduce himself, a lovely gesture!

Das Köhle ist bestens gelegen für Skifahrer, man muss nur über die Straße um in die U-Bahn zu steigen und ist Minuten später bei den Skiliften von Serfaus. Das Frühstück und das Abendessen sind richtig gut, der Service ist zuvorkommend, das Zimmer war ruhig und sehr sauber, das Spa ist legendär schön.

Hotel Astoria is a nice place with delicious food, friendly personnel and a great Spa area. It’s located in the city center, 1 min walk to the U-Bahn station and 1 stop to Komperdellbahn. Rooms are clean and comfortable but maybe in the nearest future it wouldn’t be bad to update it a bit 😊 Nevertheless I recommend Astoria to everyone! Q

Amazing kitchen, absolutely lovely personell and nice rustic Ambiente. We've had a blast there. Would everonye recommend to go there to have a outstanding dinner with traditional Austrian dishes!

Friendly place with helpful staff. Rooms are very comfortable and clean. The food is fairly good, but not top notch - not as good as some similarly priced hotels in the area. The wine list is quite low value for money - if you pay enough you can get a good bottle of wine: but you do have to shell out more than other places for the same quality.

I love spending time in this hotel. We go to Hotel Zerzer every year and the people at the reception are really very friendly. I think the size of the rooms and apartments is good for four people. You have a perfect view of the slopes, and you can also ski right from the hotel onto the slopes. I can really recommend it and I'm really looking forward to next year.

I visited Serfaus at January of 2024 for a solo ski trip and i chose Hotel Serfauserfof as my accommodation. The hotel was in a very good location. The atmosphere was very homey and welcoming. The owners and staff were very kind and welcoming. Also the room was very nice.

We have been spending our ski holidays in the Serfauser Hof for 20 years, and the small family hotel has grown dear to our hearts. The decor is traditional, with most rooms tastefully renovated and modernized a few years ago. Sauna, steam bath and a small indoor pool are used for relaxation after skiing. Price performance is not right. Especially breakfast buffet and afternoon snack or salad buffet in the evening rather modest.

Been Austria 5 times over the years and stayed in different hotels. Alfa has served the best food experience ever had in Austria. No other comes even close. Their kitchen is modern and serves various dishes and even gluten free. Great family Hotel with 4 star Kitchen. Very very clean and modern hotel with spacious rooms. Also the Spa area is very comfortable and new. Metro-stop 50 meters from Hotel so perfect connection to the cabins. Very pleasant temperature in the hotel, not so hot like other Hotels.. Used the wellness facilities as external guest (stayed in an Aparthotel). Top experiences. There are two areas - one with pools and textile sauna; the other for sauna/steam bath and relaxing area. Very modern; the sauna part was very quiet. Both areas clean, great facilities. Will definitely come again.
