Familienhotel Adler in Serfaus

This hotel is a great find. Super helpful and friendly. The rooms are spacious with a little sitting area, in a typical austrian style. Some bathrooms are a little older in style but it really doesn't matter when you have the wellness centre. The food is good and generous. You have a good choice of menus and if you don't fancy anything, you can always get a Wienerschnitzel. You have the afternoon tea/soup/cakes until 4.30ish, they are not too strict about the time. Unlimited soft drinks and hot drinks. Breakfast is excellent. It has a really nice family friendly feel to it. Location is excellent, only 2 minutes walk to the underground stop. Or if you want a 9 minutes walk to the lifts. It has the advantage to be away from main road so it is very quiet. We will come back to this hotel.

We have had a fantastic stay. Freindly and professional staff. The restaurant worth the trip in itself, even after 7 days in the same restaurant, we never wanted food from anywhere else. The hotel is very child freindly, the restaurant has a separate section with the food children wants, and is used to. The playroom is even staffed with a girl that looks after the children, and alerts the parents if a Child is unhappy.
