Location: in the centre of Serfaus, next to the metro station (1 stop to the ski lift), 92 km from the airport of Innsbruck. The ski lifts of the village of Serfaus are within 1.5 km.
Consists of one 5-storey building.
The hotel has 50 rooms.

Reviews
It was difficult to get information from the reception desk about activities in summer. We asked several times and after a few days we found there is an app of the area. It would have helped if the reception desk lady had told us immediately. Same for the restaurant opening times. We felt like we had to find everything out ourselves which didn’t make us feel welcome.
The restaurant staff was very friendly.
Our room (Family suite in the more expensive category with 2 bathrooms) was ok albeit rather basic. We felt disappointed. Shower is a bath with a curtain, and there was a not so clean large bath duck - seems best to retain this for small kids only. The cleaning of the room was excellent during our week though. Smoking is allowed on the balcony and unfortunately our neighbors smoked a lot, making us have to close our doors.
There was a kettle in the room but no cups. If I took a cup from breakfast, it was always gone in the afternoon. If they dont want you to make your own tea, then why provide a kettle.
The food was fine in the evening, the buffet was ok, it just didn’t stand out. We went for the lunch snack only once to find prefab meatballs with puréed tomatoes which seemed to come straight from ikea: very poor.
The pool area is small for the number of guests and could get very crowded but it was nice after a day in the mountains. Not sure why the outdoor pool was heated so much, with the sunny weather. We found the hotel very hot generally: we turned off our heaters and left the balcony door open mostly. Heating things up like this is not very environment (or cost) friendly.
Overall we had a wonderful week in Serfaus but would not return here.
FOOD: The dinner was an experience, every evening. Ideal also for bikers to get some energy back. The wine selection is great.
FACILITIES: A room for kids to play and the restaurant are very well arranged. The pool is perfect for kids
