it’s beautiful, amazing decor, everything k needed, the staff were excellent and very helpful, I do not speak a lot of German and they were patient and understanding, super breakfast

Great hotel, August 2021 we went with our family. Unfortunately I had an accident which meant that I was unfortunately too little in the hotel. My family has been FANTASTically taken care of by the owner and daughter. Definitely recommended to go on holiday to the zerzer family

Simply a great hotel. Very family atmosphere with very loving and friendly operators. We've been coming here for over 20 years and will continue to do so for as long as we can.

I love spending time in this hotel. We go to Hotel Zerzer every year and the people at the reception are really very friendly. I think the size of the rooms and apartments is good for four people. You have a perfect view of the slopes, and you can also ski right from the hotel onto the slopes. I can really recommend it and I'm really looking forward to next year.
