Excellent hotel rooms and a location right on the ski slope. The spa and wellness area are absolutely fantastic. Breakfast is very good and delicious 😋. Good value for money 👍. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The combination of Gurgl and the Ski World Cup is highly recommended. Many thanks and we'd love to come back.

The hotel is located near the metro station, a short walk from the slopes. The owner is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, cleaned daily, and the breakfasts are delicious. The sauna area is spotless. I recommend it and would gladly return.

Great location and a wonderful hostess. The hotel room was spacious and had a beautiful view of the mountains. And all that just a 2-minute walk from the town center and 5 minutes from the lifts. Breakfast had a very wide selection. On our last evening, we were given a kettle to make tea for the road, and we were allowed to make a breakfast buffet for the return trip. Private parking at the hotel was nice to have the car nearby instead of in a parking lot outside the village.

Prima hotel in mooie omgeving. Vriendelijke gastvrouw, goed ontbijt. Kamer werd iedere morgen zeer goed schoongemaakt en het beddengoed had iedere dag een andere twist. Leuke plek met veel dingen te doen voor jong en oud.

I relaxed with my son. We met at the hotel after a two-year separation. We are grateful to the Schwartz family for their attention and care. Our room was cleaned daily. The breakfast was excellent and delicious. There is a convenient ski storage room in the basement. In addition, there is a sauna, an infrared cabin, a relaxation room, and clean towels. It's about a 3-4 minute walk to the subway. Trains run every 10 minutes. Overall, everything was fine. Great location, food, and friendly hosts.

We booked Haus Bernadette for a week's skiing holiday and will definitely be back when we are in Serfaus again. Family-run accommodation with a 100% feel-good factor, a great breakfast with regional products, with the chef preparing the eggs to your individual requirements. Friendly, courteous, helpful and always available for good advice on things to do. The sauna area invites you to relax after a cold day of skiing and the rooms have been lovingly prepared every day.
