Hotel Garni Lawens in Serfaus

This was our first stay at Serfaus and we picked this lovely family hotel run by Lambert. Lambert was very friendly and welcoming. It a charming hotel with reasonably spacious rooms for a ski resort hotel. The rooms are clean and fairly modern and we had a balcony too. The rooms are quiet and elevated enough away from the main street so its not noisy at night. Its also only a short 5-10min walk to the gondola station and the middle of the village with a selection of bars and restaurants. Breakfast was as expected with scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, bacon bits and pancakes available as hot items. A good selection of breads and cold meats too. There is a play area/games room in the basement where they have a table tennis table and a foosball table, so this provided some nice evening activities. There is a small bar with a handful of tables that is run on a self-service honesty system. Pour whatever drink you want and log it into the book with your room number. Fantastic. We met quite a few regular guest from Germany and Netherlands. All are very friendly and have been coming to the hotel for years. I would happily come back to this hotel should we return to Serfaus.

Nice looking hotel in a great place. Doesn't really stand out from the few thousand other hotels in Serfaus, but it's comfy. The family room is spacious and clean. Four beds in two bedrooms, a kitchen with a microwave, a dishwasher and a electric kettle. Balcony has a great view, and the door isn't broken. It just goes to ventilation mode. Breakfast is high-quality and fresh. I recommend to families who don't want to waste their money to over-expensive two extra stars.

Friendly reception, friendly atmosphere, central location. Nice stay in neat apartment with 2 bedrooms, spacious living room and balcony with beautiful views. Incl.hotel service (daily housekeeping) and possibility of fresh bread service. Excellent value for money. We would love to come back!
