The hotel concept is based on the idea of unity with nature: the decoration used natural materials (stone, wood – larch and pine tree, rough flax, cloth, etc.). The power developed on the high quality local products, also has nice touches like, baskets with fresh apples and Grander drinking water (mountain spring water, "lively" by the method of the natural scientist Johann grander) in different areas.

What truly sets the Bergland apart, however, is the outstanding service in the main restaurant. Our waiters were always attentive, knowledgeable, and incredibly friendly. Josef leads the team brilliantly, seemingly with eyes everywhere, and his crew consistently delivered exceptional service.

The rooms were large, clean and well maintained
I only had an issue with the noise at night as partiers were heard till about 3am. Other than this the hotel was perfect
Food was well above expectations.
Con: Facilities are not really usable. Outdoor pool is too cold, indoor pool is too small. Spa is NUDE ONLY ALL DAY. Hotel owner asked for guest opinion during dinner, I told him Spa can be divided by area or time of the day, so those who don’t want to use nude spa can use this facility too. He didn’t accept this guest opinion and rejected in a not very good way…… why bother ask at all?
Generally fine, but given the price, we were hoping to use the facilities and swim - we didn’t manage to swim in the whole stay. Next time in Solden, I’ll choose other hotels with either usable facilities or lower price.

Staff to hygiene!!
Look at attitude how they responded react to all reviews. I should have read this before chose to stay. It is nightmare and ruins my new year holiday. The management with this arrogant attitude will pay them back!!
Be careful with the bills that they will put something wrong!
They can do anything wrong, out of the standard without responsibility, service , hygiene!
It is ridiculous to ripped 482 Euro which I decided to early check out. I don’t mind to pay this amount but this attitude to run business, no spirit and no responsibility. They can not reflect themselves.
It is such a pity to have head of management team like this. This is 2026, it is decade of experience. I hope you update your knowledge to run business.
I totally recommend Das Central hotel, it is much nicer for all experience and service!!
