We came here after our trip to Hallstatt and Gosau. We had been choosing a hotel in the lake district for a long time and were hesitant, but finally booked this one. The triple room wasn't large, but it was quiet and the service was excellent. The breakfast was especially special, very ceremonial. We didn't encounter any other guests that day; it's a perfect place for a relaxing vacation. The Schafberg railway isn't far away, and it's also convenient to take a boat trip.

The hotel service is top-notch, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful.
The surrounding scenery is beautiful, and there are even electric car charging stations.
I highly recommend this for a family trip.
The road leading here is also beautiful.
The facilities are a bit dated, but the staff makes up for it.

I stayed in a triple family room with my child. Even for a family room, the room was incredibly small, and even with two suitcases, it was a tight squeeze. Luckily, there was a balcony.
The bathroom was large, but the bathtub was tiny, and even turning around in it was difficult to shower.
The handsome front desk staff was very helpful and patiently answered all my questions.
The breakfast was a set meal for two (see picture 1). The bread was hard and unappetizing, but the fruit was good.

Our trip went very smoothly. We arrived at the hotel early in the morning, and the receptionist was very welcoming. After helping us with the inquiries, he promptly checked us in. The hotel and rooms were very clean and tidy, and the rooms even had terraces where we could relax. The hotel is also very close to the lake area and the Schaffberg cable car entrance, and not far from the town. The surrounding environment is beautiful and quiet. The hotel breakfast was plentiful, and the overall stay was fantastic. If I have the opportunity to come again, I will definitely choose this hotel.

The hotel isn't actually located right on the lake, but it has a designated area by the lake for guests to relax on, about a 10-minute walk away. Parking is a bit cramped, and the facilities are somewhat outdated. However, the breakfast is quite elaborate, with unlimited fruit.

The room is a good size and clean and tidy

The key is the excellent location: at the entrance of the old town of the town, the car can just reach it, so you can put your luggage down; 50 meters away is the entrance to the castle; it is quiet at night and there is no noise from tourists, which is an almost perfect combination.

Breakfast, location, and sanitation are all good, but the house prices are a bit more expensive during summer vacation, and parking is convenient. It's a good choice if you stay in a small town for one night.

Special experience , is really one person handle all hotel reception , restaurants , and also do helping housekeeping ! Even just few people run the business , they still provide the standard of service for us , even let us the bicycle to explore the city .
