The people working on the reception and restaurant are not so nice sometimes,,, the breakfast is not so special also. Also some amenities are lacking. It is not good access.

The hotel is in the middle of no man land by the Danube river. Unless you drive, you would find its location is not as good as it claims. There's only one bus connecting you to the city centre - with about 15 minutes ride, plus 5 to 10 minutes of walk to the bus stop. The path to the bus stop is not a pleasant walk and it's not recommended you walk on your own at night, especially if you are a female...

The hotel’s biggest advantage is that it’s within walking distance of the center of Linz, which is why we chose it. Another advantage is the excellent breakfast. The downside is that the hotel is its age. I would really recommend a major renovation. For example, the carpet in the room is honestly disgusting! Hopefully It will be renovated soon.

The views from the hotel are very good. The location is fantastic. It's right on the Danube. The problem is the cleanliness which was poor. I would not stay here again. Trip thankfully had good customer service in this instance.

Great courtyard hotel with good size room which is hard to find in Linz. Wonderful breakfast buffet with bacon eggs hash browns etc so you can start the day on full stomach. Very nice, clean, modern hotel with great facilities and staff. We had our dog with us and the room came with a dog bowl and a dog bed which was a lovely touch. Parking is great and gym is well equipped.

Wonderful hotel located within a few mi minutes walk to the Cathedral. Room was spotlessly clean with a good size shower cubicle. Most importantly are the first class staff on the front desk who are willing to assist with any travel queries taxi bookings.

I had a wonderful two-night stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. The location in the old town was perfect with public parking beneath the hotel. The room was a little compact but comfortable, & had Coffee making facilities & a fridge. Stayed here a night on a trip from Germany to Romania. Very convenient location to the motorway, yet very quiet with a great restaurant and outside seating area. Parking is also available just by the property which makes it even more convenient. Rooms are very modern and clean

The most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed. There are plenty of amenities and offer top quality service. We arrived at the winter season, so the only down side is the room service closed early. But it doesn't compromise the love of this fantastic hotel. Highly recommend to book the room with balcony of lake view, it's worth every penny of the money.

Not recommended! No air conditioning! Absolutely unbearable! It was so hot! Like a sauna! We contacted Ctrip to ask the hotel to send a fan, but it was still too hot, so my mother barely slept all night... Everything else was great, very quiet, with an electric kettle and slippers. The year was 1996. We were in Linz for training at Voest Alpine. Stayed in this hotel for 70 days. There was a delightful old lady and her two sons looking after the place. It was modest but quite cosy. These days I can see a grill has come up. Happy to see the woodwork in the dining area remain the same. Also, the paint on the outside is still the same color. This is such a great place to stay while in Linz. Friendly staff, great rooms, food is excellent and it has a bowling alley.

It is close to the Danube River and you can take a walk along the river. The facilities are good and clean.

Ok Good check in. Sadly the safe wasn’t working in the room, so we moved to another room and the safe didn’t work in that room either. There was only one pillow each. There was no cold water in the room only boiling water as the tap for the cold water wasn’t working. Reception were very apologetic and gave us a free breakfast.

We booked the hotel because of an Asian festival right next door. The Arte Hotel also has a very good location. Right on the Danube. You can walk across the bridge straight into the lively center, where you'll find everything you need. The nightlife is very lively on weekends. There's a garage for €19 a day, and you can drive straight from the garage to your room. There's a short-term parking zone...

It is a bit far from downtown Linz. The room is spacious and clean, but it is a bit cold. There was a small heater that I used, and it was very powerful. The bathroom drainage is poor. There are absolutely no amenities. There isn't even a refrigerator or kettle in the room.

This is the top two hotel in Hallstatt but the front counter service is the worst that I met in Europe. I chose this hotel because it’s near to the cruise port but actually it’s has another building that is far away from here, better I take the other 4 star hotel that is near and service much better. The hotel is in a very convenient location, and Linz is relatively small, so many attractions can be reached on foot. However, it was difficult to find the entrance at first, because there was a restaurant as soon as you entered the hotel, and I thought it was a restaurant and walked past it, which was a bit confusing.
