It was a perfect place to spend Christmas week. The hotel is in a great location (proximity to the slopes, ski rental, the village), the rooms were lovely and the bar/ restaurant excellent (would advise booking). Breakfast was also great. All the staff were excellent; very helpful and attentive. The attention to detail was what stood out the most - gifts in the room on Chrismtas Eve and Christmas Day were lovely touches and the automatic door for the boot room deserves a mention! Would highly recommend and hope to return.

For us, this hotel was a peaceful island in the busy ski resort. The service is excellent, everyone really went out of their way to make our time memorable. We were upgarded to the suites, beds were comfortable, sleep quality great. The restaurants and saunas were fantastic. Very relaxing!

The hotel staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet is plentiful and delicious. I loved all of my spa treatments. The hotel is ski in/ski out and centrally located. My room was very comfortable and well appointed.

Have to understand, that it is very close to bars/restourants and it shoud be noise problem at late night. Or it should be benefit;)
Nice atmosfere all around all day. Very kind cleaning staff from Croatia.

Ideal location in the middle of town a few minutes walk from the skilfts. Modern small well-run hotel with good food for breakfast and dinner, cosy bar. The sauna area is high quality, and peaceful

Our “home in the snow”. We every time experience a smooth check in, excellent mountain view room with skiing from/to the hotel. The Enzian is family managed and the friendly and welcoming team always takes care of all our wishes. Awesome breakfast and several dinner options from Mexican to Japanese and traditional Austrian delicacies. The huge wellness area is one of a kind in Obertauern. For adults only, so are the drinks Cheers to powder skiing from November to May

This is really "home of good moods":) Excellent service. Excellent staff. Excellent food. The three restaurants are very good and offers great value. It is just a nice place to stay and you can ski directly from the hotel and end your skiing just outside the door.

It was an excellent trip to Obertauern in one of the best hotel in town. The Japanese restaurant was a highlight but also the possibility to create cocktail with the bar keeper. I recommend the hotel to other guests. Las but not least the staff at the ensign hotel ist just brilliant. Best regards, Stefan

A great spot for a skiing trip with friends. We stayed for two nights, enjoyed a great dinner experience. Very tasty breakfast with a lot of options :) The rooms were cosy and clean. Great sleeping comfort, great pillows :) The SPA was excellent, with a variation of saunas to choose from. The staff was friendly and helpful.
