As usual we had a great time. The hotel and its facilities are great. The food is delicious and the staff are very friendly. Highly recommended.

I stayed at the hotel between Friday the 11th of July until Friday the 18th of July. All I can say from arrival to departure my stay was excellent!. We’ve visited Hotel Neue Post for four consecutive years now as they always look after us incredibly well. Each year the rooms and facilities seem to improve and the prices stay reasonable. Could not recommend enough. We’ll be back next year.

We spent a week at Elisabeth Hotel as part of an Inghams holiday and what a week it was. Comfortable room, excellent food and pleasant helpful staff. A beautiful peaceful place to stay and surrounded by lovely walking.

This is the second time a large group of us have stayed at the Alpine and we cant recommend this hotel enough. The staff are welcoming and cant do enough for you, nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are spacious and clean, the breakfast buffet is amazing, as is the evening dinner. The location is perfect, close to shops, bars and the gondala's. 100% recommend.

This is my second visit after a great experience last year. Everything was perfect, just like last year. Why do I say this? Because they have thought about how to make sure you enjoy every second of your day. From the moment you wake up until you go to bed, you can do exactly what you feel like. Combine that with great staff, facilities, food, and vibes, and you have the best hotel in town.

One of the best & nicest hotels have stayed in. Staff were wonderful to deal with & the food was exceptional. Great location only a few minutes walk from centre of town & the Penkenbahn. Pros: very close to main ski lift, fantastic spa (but to appreciate properly, you need to cast aside inhibitions with clothing!), and the "sole bath" @ E30 extra is highly recommended (nothing to do with feet!) If you must keep your clothes on, the relatively small main pool was often full of splashy shouty kids. The one downstairs was much bigger and rarely had more than one of two people in it...

We were in July 2025 for one week in Hotel Strass. Everything was very good and the staff is friendly, especially Sivan wo served our diner every night. This guy knows how to make your stay feel very good. He was also very kind to our children.

Another very enjoyable star at the Strass. My last few visits I’ve stayed in a single room. Perfect size for the sole traveller and top spec. with a beautiful balcony overlooking the cable car and the valley view of Finkenberg. Half board option was great with the evening meals being the star of the show. 5 courses - all delightful and offering wide choice for all.

Great hotel, great location and great service... We were actually on the road and only wanted to stay one night. It ended up being 4 nights. It convinces in every way! Simply great. We unfortunately just stayed here 1 night but despite being short stay guests we were treated like an Austrian an prince and princess. They really worked around us and enabled us to enjoy the full stay at its fullest. We were here during the summer but I know where I will be staying next ski season.

Fantastic family run hotel. We stayed for a skiing holiday and it was lovely. Clean and friendly. Nice spa to relax in at the end of the day. Breakfast is fantastic, including fresh juice maker which is a wonderful way to start the day. The hotel is about 8 minute walk from the ski-lift but there is a ski bus 2 minutes from the hotel.

Family hotel, for the better and for the worse

Had a meal here. Staff not overly friendly, seemed too busy. They use an electronic ordering system meaning I couldn't cancel a drink even though it was within seconds of ordering it. However food was very good and atmosphere pleasant.

Had a great stay. Our room was clean and spacious and turned over daily. The pool and spa on the roof is simply amazing after a days skiing. Excellent location, very good service from all the family who runs the hotel. Excellent breakfast with fresh and tasty bread every day, cucambers, tomatoes and many kind of cheese, ham, salami, eggs and cereals. Clean room with excleent stream of hot water. Hotel Waldheim is a very cosy, family run hotel, with exceptional friendly owners. The hotel has an excellent location, 4 min walk distance from the main ski gondola and the Main Street. The hotel is well maintained, the rooms and the public areas are very clean, and with a classic local decoration. The service is very good. And there are 3 types of saunas with a relaxation and tea area.

Stayed in a two bedroom apartment for a few days. Very comfortable and clean. Helpful staff. The restaurant staff are especially sweet, courteous, and understanding towards children. Dinner and breakfast at the restaurant are excellent.
