We stay 2 nights the room was big with 2 balconies very clean & comfortable & have everything you need. The staff of the hotel magnificent professional and friendly. The food breakfast & dinner was superb really gourmet food the chef is really excellent. We recommend this hotel very highly location is beautiful quiet & near the main street

We spent five nights here and had the most wonderful time. It's family-run and feels it, in the best way - the staff were all incredibly welcoming and friendly throughout our stay. The room was the biggest family room we've stayed in, we had loads of space even for a family of five. Pool was a good warm temperature and I had the sauna to myself whenever I wanted to use it (most days). The food was outstanding, and there was plenty of it. There are walks into the hillside at the end of the road and there was an easy 10-minute walk from the hotel along a stream into the village centre. Located on a very quiet street, and plenty of free parking. Lovely play area outside for children that included a trampoline, swings, slide and giant chess. Couldn't fault it, we were so pleased we found this hotel for our summer holiday in Austria, we'd love to return. Thank you das Urbisgut team for such a memorable stay.

A luxurious hotel in a highland style. There are many ski resorts in the immediate vicinity. We most often go to Zauchensee The hospitality of the staff, the food, the rooms are at the highest level. The hotel has a sauna area with a small pool - an ideal place to relax after a day on the slopes

For me the best hotel I have ever known. Everything is very simple, because the overall package is correct: large, comfortable rooms, very clean and well-maintained, with harmonious and high-quality furniture. The kitchen is first class. The breakfast buffet leaves a lot to be desired, and special requests such as decaf coffee are met promptly. The evening menu (5 courses with three main courses to choose from) is a poem. The whole house gives off a very welcoming and cozy atmosphere, you can tell that the owners put a lot of heart and soul into it. But the most important thing for me is the personal service from H. and M. Bittersam. You will immediately feel welcome, you are not a room number but a personal guest and you can contact them both immediately with any concerns. I can recommend Urbisgut without any restrictions.
