Good meal and good and friendly service! The drink and the dishes were served rather quickly. Location is easy to find. There are parking space.
We couldn’t finish the whole meal as the portion was large, but the waitress helped us to pack the leftover with no extra surcharge.

Location is quite good, but hard to get out on the highway during rash hours. We liked stay, the hotel is cozy, room was nice and clean with the good view. It was also very handy to go to restaurant in the afternoon. Breakfast was also presented with a good variations of choice. Coffee was quite ok.

Having stayed at this hotel several times, I appreciate the warm friendliness of the staff.

We selected the location according to our destinations, so we were able to stay in one place and go to different sides from it, Neuschwanstein, Legoland. Rooms are spacious, for a family with two small children, and another appropriate for two adults. I have to expose very good douches, one of the best in our journeys. Beds good as well. Offering for breakfast on the level, and plenty of coffee choices.

4 adults, 2 rooms for 5 nights. We loved the friendly and very helpful front desk staff (Vanessa) and appreciated the very comfortable beds and pillows. The rooms were very clean and fresh with an updated bathroom and a balcony. It was wonderful to have free access to the heated ski storage room as well. ---- What we would suggest for improvements are to change the door locking system from a big, bulky key to a computer card. In order to lock the door, you must use the metal key from the inside. When you are issued only 1 key, this is a safety and privacy issue. If there was a fire and you are locked in your room from the inside, scrambling to find the key could be catastrophic. So you must keep the key in the lock for safety. Having only 1 key is also a problem to go in and out of the room separately and if one person stays in the room (you want to lock the door so no one can come in-- you must have key on inside). Now the other person (who does not have a key, can not come and go quietly). The real disappointment was the coffee, cappuccino, espresso. It was the most bitter and burnt tasting I have ever had. Our group of 4 adults could not drink it no matter how much sugar, milk and a pinch of salt we tried. The orange juice was also a bit sad as it was wattered down to a very light color. --- Positively, we ate at the restaurant one evening and the waiter was very friendly and checked on us often. Our food arrived quickly and at the same time, hot and delicious!

Out for an evening dinner. Fantastic food and generous portions. Traditional Austrian hotel restaurant with very frienfly staff, pleasant setting - unexpected considering location. Menu has vegan and vegetarian options. This is not first visit - its great.

What a beautiful hotel! We ski as a family every year and would 100% come back. They were so helpful with room situations. Spa is beautiful- so relaxing. Staff were amazing. Ski bus comes right outside and the town is a 15 minute walk ! It was ideal and perfect !

Everything is just terrific: room is great and they also welcome my not so small dog. The service is top.
And the restaurant is downright brilliant: staying here for my skiing holidays and decided to eat in the restauranz every evening. always something new .. top quality, reasonable prices.
