We had a wonderful stay at the Felsenhof. Every detail has been well thought through to provide a truly suitable and relaxing break for families.All the staff were friendly and totally professional. Can't recommend highly enough.

For the third year in a row, we enjoyed a lovely family vacation with small children at Felsenhof in Flachau! From the warm welcome and throughout our entire stay, we couldn’t have been more pleased with the staff and the accommodation. We especially appreciate how easy everything is made for families thanks to the many child-friendly facilities: kids’ club, pick-up service to and from the slopes, special dining arrangements, access to playrooms, and much more. I’m hesitant to write this because I want to keep this hotel as my little secret but that would be fair because Hotel Felsenhof gave us the best holiday we’ve ever had as a family so far! I genuinely cannot fault this hotel or their staff. It was great value for money, everything was geared towards the kids and despite our million questions the staff couldn’t have been kinder or more attentive. The night before checking out we put our requests in to visit again next year. The family travelling with us did the same. Between us we had four kids: 2 y/o, 4 y/o, 4 y/o, 5 y/o.

This is an outstanding family-friendly all-inclusive hotel that pays attention to every small detail. It’s simply impossible to get bored here – everything is thoughtfully designed so both parents and children can enjoy every moment. The hotel features a heated indoor pool, a heated indoor children’s pool, and a heated outdoor pool with breathtaking views. There are plenty of activities for young children, even for the very little ones. Children attending ski lessons are picked up directly from the hotel and safely returned to the hotel’s childcare center. Even inside the restaurant, there is a dedicated play area for children, allowing parents to relax while their kids are happily entertained. Simply put – a perfect hotel for families.

We stayed at the hotel, and it is lovely and definitely suitable for families with young children. Great attention is given to all the small details to make it child-friendly: a baby sterilizer and Gerber baby food are available. There are two playrooms for children (according to age), open throughout the day, with plenty of varied games. During the day, there are activities for kids without the need for parents presence, with a daily program that changes (planned a week in advance). In addition, there is a beautiful outdoor playground that my children really enjoyed. The food offered in the dining room is varied and changes daily. The staff is kind and attentive. The hotel has both an outdoor parking area and an underground garage, both very well organized. The rooms we stayed in were spacious and pleasant, each with its own balcony equipped with a table, chairs, and even a clothesline.

Nice but did not love the food

Beautiful and clean modern hotel. Activities for small children. We arrived on the weekend so there were no workshops for the kids. The food was not to our taste.Maby because we are not from Germany.

Great hotel with fantastic facilities. The swimming pool and spa facilities were top notch with plenty of choice. The outdoor swimming pool was particularly special with a fantastic view and great features. Lovely and warm too. Rooms were spacious and high quality. Slight criticism of the boot room is the boot warmers were pretty useless. Perhaps more of a concern for snowboarders like me whose boots get wet in slushy conditions. Had to dry boots on room rad which wasn't ideal. Food was excellent, 5 course high quality meal every night. Great spread for breakfast and lunch menu was also good although only used this once as too far to come back everyday in my opinion. Friendly staff throughout the hotel, would definitely consider coming back in future seasons. Well done Felsonhof.

the apartment was big and extremely clean. Very pleasant staff and everything is fitted for kids (restaurant, room, activities, bikes....). we enjoyed the place very much and will definitely come back.
