Hyatt Regency Vienna in Vienna

Located 5 min from Vienna HBF so it’s very convenient as a short stop over if you’re travelling around. Front desk was very friendly and helpful, allowing us to check in even though we arrived early. Room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed the gym facilities as well

Good location. 5 mins walks from the Central Station.
The family room is actually a connected room (with 2 rooms) and those are big one.

Facilities: The hotel is very new, the room size is just right, and it's comfortable in all aspects. Hygiene: The room was cleaned thoroughly every day. Environment: It's very close to Wien Hauptbahnhof (Vienna Main Station). Service: The staff were friendly and accommodating, allowing me to check in around 3 PM and get my room right away.

The hotel is located next to the main railway station in Vienna. You walk about 5-10 minutes from the station to the hotel. The railway station is Okish central located, but well connected to the Viennese public transport system. The hotel has a park in front, that has two restaurants inside - die kleine Steiermark and the Arsenal stüberl.. if you walk cross the park,(5-10 minutes) you will find yourself next to one of the top sights in Vienna - the Belvedere castle. there is a restaurant in the ground floor of the hotel - Eugen.. which was really empty (just one guest) when we were there.. we need to wait for the waiter for 10 minutes.. we thought already the restaurant was closed (We were there at 9pm on a Friday) anyway the food served was good. Had a flank steak. There no other shops or anything else around the hotel.. the hotel feels a kind of remote.. you need to go to the railwaystation if you need a convenient store..
What we can recommend is the roof top bar Aurora(?) directly in the 16th floor of the hotel with maybe the best view across Vienna.

The rooms themself are modern and efficient.. have everything you might ask from a modern Hotel.. although the hotel is located more or less directly over the rails of the nearby railway station, we didn’t hear any traffic noises..
We didn’t expect too much when we booked the hotel.. but were happily surprised about the efficiency of the rooms.. so overall a nice stay for one night… if you look for a hotel to discover Vienna.. I would go to a more central location like in the first district or 6th with a more lively neighborhood.

The location is great, about a 5-minute walk from the train station, and you can reach various attractions by bus in 15-30 minutes. The hotel lobby has a strong design aesthetic, and the rooms are quite spacious. The mini-bar drinks and snacks are complimentary, and there's an electric kettle. Breakfast is a mix of à la carte and buffet, with a good variety at the buffet. It's a shame the hotel changed from Andaz to Hyatt after I booked, so I didn't get to experience the Andaz amenities.

Extremely close to the station with excellent service. It's also near the Belvedere Palace, making it incredible value for money. I'd recommend it to all my friends and will definitely stay here again next time. There are plenty of great restaurants in the area too.

The location and hotel facilities are great, but the deposit refund is incredibly slow. When I checked in, they pre-authorized my room rate plus a deposit (totaling $614 USD). It's been half a month, and the pre-authorization still hasn't been released. I really don't understand their efficiency. (The room rate was charged separately upon checkout).

Amazing room and location. Very close to Wien Hbf slightly tucked in. Room, amenities and cleanliness was impeccable. Loved the room. Very spacious, warm and comfortable. Bed and bathroom were also amazing

Stayed here because it's an Andaz, but the decor standards are definitely below those of Andaz hotels in mainland China, though the price is also lower. It's clean and tidy, and the service is good.

I specifically booked a room with a view, expecting to see the Belvedere Palace as advertised, but it turns out it's quite a distance away. It's also a 10-minute walk from the train station, which was particularly challenging on the second day when it snowed, as the path involves crossing several intersections.

Here's a food tip: if you cross the public garden opposite the hotel, there's a fantastic restaurant. We ate there two days in a row and didn't repeat a dish. Their grilled ribs and pan-fried salmon are definitely worth trying!

**Facilities:** The equipment is quite new, and both the bathroom and vanity area are spacious.
**Service:** They provide sparkling water, but you have to ask the front desk for disposable toothbrushes. We realized we didn't have any after returning from the opera, but they delivered them promptly after we called, which is what you'd expect from a star-rated hotel.
