Friendly staff! But amenities are poor. There are no slippers in the room and furniture is dusty. There is a strange smell in the room. Overall, ok for price. Located far from the center, you need to take a train and walk for 10-15 minutes

Fine. The location was good, easy to get to city centre by subway. Breakfast also fine but could maybe have done with more seating. Maybe needs a little bit of updating but was good value for what I paid. Check in and out very easy.

The hotel is generally not too bad, the only downside being the spa. During our stay, there were no massages available by the pool, and the water was cold. As for the sauna, when my companion and I intended to relax for a few minutes, to our great surprise, and especially to my wife's astonishment, a man named ************** appeared, which deeply shocked us. We then decided to leave.

The quality of the hotel service, the food, the location (it's not right in the heart of the downtown area, but it's very convenient), the hospitality of the hotel staff, etc. all received perfect marks. The price is quite high, but it's a great hotel that exceeds the price.

This is the most comfortable hotel in Europe with the best service attitude and the friendliest service staff! Good location, super delicious breakfast, unlimited coffee and tea in the room, and room service. The hotel is very design-oriented, five stars out of five, highly recommended to every guest in Vienna. Because of a small accident, I am even more grateful for the care of the hotel.

The room is large and has good natural light, so it looks very bright overall.The bathroom was very large and clean.The location is great, very close to the city center.

The hotel is conveniently located, just a 5-minute walk from the tram and subway stations. Although amenities are minimal, the room is spacious and comfortable, making it a good value for money stay.

The room is a bit old, the soundproofing is not good, and the breakfast is average, but the front desk service is very good, and there is a fitness center with good facilities. If the price is right, it is still a good choice.

The hotel is 2 metro stations away from Vienna Main Station. It is also walkable within 15min. There is a shopping street nearby which I like it as I can find food and needed stuff. My room is big enough for solo traveller, not too cramp. There is a big table for me to do my work which is good. The only downside is the hotel don't provide free water, will need to get bottled water from supermarket...

Great location. You can go to a lot of tourist attractions just by foot. No air conditioner in the room is the only problem. It's fine in other seasons, but you should think twice when booking for summer.

Loft room #544, Room spotless, fabulous size, kitchenette just outside the door. Quirky stylish hotel - yes they will lend you an electric guitar. Staff very friendly and helpful (local knowledge) breakfast superb. Great location- only a short walk from AirPort Express and public transport is super efficient.

Rooms were nice and clean but no tea and coffee facilities. You have to use an area by the lifts to make one. Didnt try breakfast. Nice coffee shop a few doors away to the right.

Clean, stylish, quiet. The only negative (and I'm nitpicking here) is that the room could've done with more storage, such as drawers. We were in a loft room, with plenty of space for a larger wardrobe or chest of drawers. It would've also been nice to have a fridge and kettle in the room but we managed fine with the free tea/coffee on the 5th floor.

We didn’t add the (very expensive) breakfast. The roof was clean and adequate but very cramped. The shower is a giant open glass box in the middle of the room and it was quite a hike to our room. My biggest dislike is the total lack of service. The “self checkin” is a pain in the butt and when I wrote ahead for some advice on getting there from the airport got a canned answer that they don’t offer...

The hotel offers a very minimalistic design, but was impeccably clean and its location provides excellent access to public transportation.

There are 3 double rooms, of different sizes and prices. Although the rooms in this hotel are small, they are very unique! Austria! The capital of music! Music is indispensable! Good location! It is an 8-minute walk from the central train station, and it only takes less than 20 minutes to take the train to the airport!

I'm happy with my choice. The hotel is easily accessible from the airport, taking just 4.20 minutes on the S7 train. Lubiana is also centrally located, and the metro takes you quickly to the city center. Otherwise, the hotel staff is kind and friendly, the rooms are very clean, and the international breakfast is excellent.

Check in was very easy, having done most of it online. Hotel is very convenient, being 5 minutes walk from the nearest U-bahn stop (Nestroyplatz). However, room was quite small and was looking generally quite 'tired'. There was no functioning air-conditioning.

It's conveniently located near grocery stores & metro. I enjoyed walking so I don't mind walking while sightseeing along the way. The front desk is always staffed & helpful. There's a fridge & percolator that's perfect for making my own coffee. Although they offer breakfast but at 18€ per day, I preferred getting my own food from nearby grocery stores that sell ready made sandwiches & salads, etc...

There was some chaos on the side of the hotel with my booking—they messed up the dates but I could eventually check in as intended sure to a cancellation. The room was OK but the water in the shower hat a pretty weak flow and the transition from cold to hot was quite sharp making it hard to set the right temperature.

The location is great! The room and the furniture pretty old. The cleanliness wasn't very well. The breakfast solid, but they only serve pork. Which I don't mind, I eat it. But my friend doesn't so she couldn't have any meat. The stuff could be nicer. I don't have any complaints in particular, it's just an observation from someone who works in tourism for 12 years now.

The room is nice but the carpet in the room and hallway is very old, it smells and looks bad, it definitely requires a carpet renewal to improve the service and everything else. Good but with those old features it is not possible.

Rather small and basic room, but clean and silent although directly located on the Gürtel. Service including breakfast was ok. If you want to stay on a budget near Belvedere, this might be worth a try.

My stay here was pleasant and for the short time I stayed (6 hours) I don't have much to say except that like with many European places, this place is not wheelchair accessible. I had to be lifted for about 8 steps to make it to the elevator. In addition, I couldn't make it close enough with my wheelchair to the shower to transfer into it, but to be fair I didn't ask for a wheelchair accessible room...

The hotel's clean, accommodation-focused location and red building made it easy to find, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Uber service is also readily available at this hotel, and there's parking, so I drove. I was a little disappointed that they didn't provide enough information about the post-pay option for the minibar.

The front desk service was very attentive, warm and friendly. It only takes ten minutes to walk to Vienna West Train Station. There is also a delicious Chinese restaurant next to it. I am very satisfied with the accommodation here.

Hotel Lucia is in District 15, not a usual location for Vienna hotels but its a 3 minute walk from Johnstrasse U Bahn 3 Station, (giving a direct airport link via Landstrasse), and Tram/Bus links. Great location if going for the Xmas market area. Superior Hotel room was spacious and the balcony to the garden area was a nice bonus. Great breakfast buffet option available with a variety of options. Staff was friendly and available 24 hrs. The young gentleman at the front reception was especially helpful! The location isn't central, but there are stations nearby and you can be in the city center in 25 minutes. The hotel is quite nice, warm, and comfortable.

Right by the Franz Josef’s Bhanhof so very. I’ve, central location. The room was clean and the staff helpful and friendly.

The room was clean and I was able to relax. I was especially happy that it had a bathtub, which allowed me to warm up and relax after a long day of sightseeing. While many hotels only have showers, being able to soak in a bathtub is a major plus. The front desk staff were also very friendly and polite, which gave me a sense of security. It was a wonderful hotel that I would like to use again.

It took over 30 minutes by Tram D from Central Station. There was a subway station nearby, but it was closed due to construction. There was a supermarket about a 2-minute walk away, which was very convenient. Wi-Fi in the hotel rooms is available for a fee. Breakfast was delicious. The best thing about the hotel is its location in the 1st district. Turn left, then left again and you’re in the pedestrian area outside St. Stephen’s Cathedral. The hotel is excellent, featuring a friendly staff, clean facilities, and a fantastic location. However, I did encounter one issue: there was a lack of sound insulation between the rooms. I found it particularly disruptive when the cleaning staff moved furniture in the neighboring rooms; the noise was quite loud and affected my ability to rest in the afternoon.
