The location is very nice, but the room wasn’t pleasant. Strong smell of cigarettes, the water of the shower doesn’t heat up much and the corridor of the building where the rooms are located smelled mice. You can’t expect much for what you pay. The only pro is the location.

Exceptional hotel! Managed by great ladies! We were stayed in two rooms apartment on the first floor - spacious, well equipped apartment. Our apartment was great, mattresses were very comfortable, lots of spaces. Our 11 years old daughter was trilled. Hotel is a classic, charming place, with touch of Austrian history. Parking was free (Sunday and public holidays).

The hotel is a private family business, stay was more than amazing. Hospitality, service and rooms were great. The rooms are kinda oldish and there are basically no outlets. To charge my phone I had to unplug the night light. The cables for the light or the TV were just lying there on the floor like you would have while renovating. Other than that the room is clean and there are plenty of towels there for you. Beautifully styled appartments. We were very impressed with the size of the accomodation (we got 2 levels!) as well as it's location (2 mins to a u-bahn station) we also loved having our own private front door! It's very reasonably priced for what you get. We definitely will stay here again next time we're in Austria.

Late check in was exceptional and so was the room. However, note the 6th floor includes a flight of stairs for your luggage as the lift stops at level 5. The other issue is the cleaner letting herself in without knocking. Three times on the last day commencing 8am despite a 11am check out.

The hotel is on the outskirts of Vienna but it's well connnected with the city centre. There is a big supermarket nearby. Room was clean, the bathoom was nice, just a bit cold inside. Breakfast was included in the price and it was ok.

Very nice small hotel, close to the last station at the metro line U3 (Simmering station). From this station, only 15 min (8 stations) to Stephan Platz where everything in Vienna starts. The hotel is also close to the Vienna airport. Used it only to sleep. Very happy. Would do it again.

We were in the hotel 2 weeks ago, family of three members, one kid. We were received very nice, staff is polite and very helpful. Breakfasts was great, for the adults and for the kid. This is a very central place to stay, really easy to get to from the train station by public transport. This is a B&B guesthouse not a hotel so no frills but has everything you need and is very comfortable. Really delicious breakfast beautifully presented.

An antique looking Hotel in a very central location in the central Vienna. Very friendly and helpful front desk and as well a very quick service by the plumber in the late evening. All are good.
