The location is great! The room and the furniture pretty old. The cleanliness wasn't very well. The breakfast solid, but they only serve pork. Which I don't mind, I eat it. But my friend doesn't so she couldn't have any meat. The stuff could be nicer. I don't have any complaints in particular, it's just an observation from someone who works in tourism for 12 years now.

Perfect place for a cheap vacation (the prize is very good).

A perfect value for money choice to stay in vienna. Not anything luxurious, but helpful stuff, decent rooms and service. It's close to public transport and quiet neighborhood.

There was some chaos on the side of the hotel with my booking—they messed up the dates but I could eventually check in as intended sure to a cancellation. The room was OK but the water in the shower hat a pretty weak flow and the transition from cold to hot was quite sharp making it hard to set the right temperature.

The room is nice but the carpet in the room and hallway is very old, it smells and looks bad, it definitely requires a carpet renewal to improve the service and everything else. Good but with those old features it is not possible.

The location is great. A quick walk to the city center, public transport in different directions close to Vienna and lots of nice restaurants and shops in the surrounding area. The breakfast was very good and the room was suitable for us and clean.

The room was ready and they let me check in a little bit earlier which I greatly appreciated after my long flight. The hotel is beside a church that tolls 3-4 times throughout the day. The A/C controls were not working, but it was not a big deal as it was not too hot or cold at the time. When I extended my stay, reception told me it would be probably cheaper to book online, and when I booked a smaller and different room than the original one, reception upgraded me and let me stay in the one I was in already. Thank you for the great stay.
