Wonderful hotel! Very cozy, conveniently located, clean, spacious rooms with crisp white linens, comfortable beds, mattresses, and pillows. High-quality daily housekeeping. The room has a kettle, tea, and ground coffee, as well as a reasonably priced minibar. We didn't include breakfast, but there are plenty of cafes near the hotel. Special thanks to the staff; they were so friendly, helpful, and always offered advice and suggestions, just like good old friends. I highly recommend this hotel, and we would happily stay here again! Thank you for the warm welcome; we were delighted to visit Vienna and stay at the Beethoven Hotel!! ♥️♥️♥️

The location is convenient, right next to a street full of food markets, and not far from the subway station. The hotel staff were very nice, the breakfast was plentiful, and there was afternoon tea and coffee on the second floor. A very good stay experience.

The hotel is in a great location, making it very convenient for getting around. It's quiet, and the daily hot tea and snacks are very welcoming. The room was clean and met all basic needs. The breakfast was plentiful, but the price was a bit high.

This was my favorite room during my trip to Central Europe. The hotel's location was very convenient, and the rooms were all music-themed, which was very unique. I especially loved the little table by the bed; I sat there and ate dinner I had bought from the supermarket, followed by afternoon tea. The hotel also has a lounge, where guests can enjoy afternoon tea breaks. The hotel breakfast was just average, but overall it was acceptable.

Excellent location , opposite of the food street. The staff were nice and kind. The hotel room has medieval charm with the vintages decorated. Close to golden hall and all amenities like Dudu’ palace

This is a truly charming hotel, and we were fortunate enough to be upgraded to a larger room. The room came with a mini-fridge, stocked with complimentary chocolates, tea, and coffee. Each floor of the hotel boasts a different theme, and the hallways are adorned with many old photos to admire. The hotel's location is excellent; it's just steps away from Naschmarkt, with a supermarket conveniently located nearby. It's also close to the museum district, and all major city attractions are within walking distance. Karlsplatz metro station is just a few minutes' walk away. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful; when my friend needed urgent medical attention, they promptly called a taxi for us. Overall, an excellent hotel, highly recommended!

Excellent value and a truly welcoming hotel. This is hands down the best value-for-money hotel I've stayed in during my two months in Europe. Highly recommended! The staff were all incredibly friendly and the location is superb.

There is a market near the hotel, and it is quite close to famous attractions. The room was clean and the breakfast was rich.

The breakfast area was on the first floor (second floor in Japan), so I was able to relax and enjoy my breakfast.
They were happy to serve me drinks such as cappuccino if I asked.
