Excellent location. Two blocks from the museums, two blocks from the main shopping district and close to many pubs and restaurants. Clean and well maintained. My only suggestions: breakfast in the hotel is pricey and the sauna is only open from 4:00pm-10:00pm. Staff was very helpful and the had free champagne on New Year’s Eve and day.

DO NOT SKIP THIS HOTEL. Phenomenal service, spacious rooms with a great design, and an unbeatable location. We asked the middle-aged gentleman working the desk late at night for some tea free, and were offered it free of charge at around 2 AM as we came in from the cold. They will go above and beyond to make you feel welcome, all at an unbeatable price.

All the staff is neither friendly nor welcoming. The rooms are not cleaned, the bathroom shelves were full of dust, a pity (see. photo). The two of us had to spend 4 days with only a small shampoo and a small tube of shower gel, as well as a single roll of toilet paper. The Kleenex box empties the entire stay, regrettable for 4 stars. The trash cans were not emptied, we had to do that ourselves! No chest of drawers to store things. Old hotel, not very functional, very disappointing. No French news channel on TV. The breakfast was of more than mediocre quality, stale croissants and tasteless little donuts. The coffee on the other hand was excellent. We really regretted having opted for an included breakfast, it would have been better to take it outside. In addition, there were 6 of us and it was still impossible to have breakfast together. For that, the staff made little effort. We will not recommend your establishment because the services do not at all meet the expectations of a 4 star hotel. On the other hand, too much heating, it would have been better to add shampoo and shower gel, to improve the cleaning service and the quality of the breakfast buffet and instead save on heating costs... Conclusion: We were very disappointed and regretted our choice.

The location is perfect, both very close to the main touristic zones by walk and also in a peaceful zone without the rush. Service was fast and welcoming, rooms were clean. I guess the slippers were the best quality ones ever I used in a hotel. We haven't tried the breakfast but everything was pleasant about our stay. Danke schön!

Not a 4 star hotel in my opinion. At most a 3 stars. Lack amenities- no drinking water provided in the room, no tooth brushes. Room is very dim. All lights are manually operated orange lamps by the bedside and the window (no lights on the ceiling except for entrance with 1 small dim light). Furnitures are dated.
Booked a room with additional bed and the extra bed is too tough to sleep on- I can literally feel the spring underneath.
Water pressure is small (no rain shower). Plus side is that the bathroom floor is heated.
Lack security - there is no extra latches whatsoever that allows u to lock the doors from the inside. Not even a turn knob for locking. This means anyone or any staff can come into the room in the middle of the night or when you’re changing etc. I do not have a peace of mind staying there… I have to be vigilant even during bedtime because my door is not latched or locked from the inside. This is the first time I’ve encountered hotels with no additional locking mechanism (or simple latch) from the inside.

The hotel facilities are relatively old, but very clean, and the hotel staff are quite enthusiastic. The biggest advantage of the hotel is its good location, close to the bus stop and subway station, and near the museum area, which can be reached in 5 minutes on foot. There are many delicious foods and coffees around the hotel, and it is also convenient for eating.

Nice hotel in a very good lacation, We booked the quiet urban room that was spacious with a small table and chairs. Room was quiet and the air condition worked well because it was around 30c outside. Bathroom is big too.
Breakfast was nice with a big choice of food, We had it once, but preferred to eat outside.
