Perfect location, room is super clean and spacious

The room is conveniently located right across from the National Opera House, a fantastic location. The breakfast ambiance and service were both good, highly recommended. The room's decor is simple, without a hotel lobby, but it's clean and tidy. Overall, still highly recommended. The service was excellent.

The location was excellent, the reception staff were very kind and helpful, the room was beautiful and well furnished, the double bed was very comfortable and cozy. The only small flaw: the cleaning of the room during the stay was not very thorough.

The room was spotlessly clean, well-appointed, and perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the city. I especially appreciated the central location – many attractions are within easy walking distance.

The hotel's overall ambiance is also something special: tranquil, elegant, and designed with meticulous attention to detail. The service was consistently attentive and professional.

It's located right next to the Vienna State Opera and is close to both the subway and tram stations, making it an ideal location for sightseeing and travel. It was a great location.

[Cleanliness/Amenities]
The room was clean, and the bathroom was also well-maintained. However, due to the design of the shower room, the floor would get flooded no matter how hard I tried.
(It didn't leak out the door.) Wiping it down with a foot mat wasn't a problem. Amenities were minimal, with shampoo and conditioner combined in a single package, so if this is a concern, I recommend bringing your own or purchasing them locally.
Housekeeping was minimal, and sometimes my towels weren't collected. Also, my bathrobes weren't changed even once during my three-day stay.
