We stayed at Sky Apartments for about a week. Excellent location and outstanding reception service — they even speak fluent Hebrew and really care about your stay.
The apartment was very clean, fully equipped, and extremely quiet, which was very important to me. The rooms are filled with natural daylight, and the apartment includes a balcony. There are great supermarkets nearby, including kosher options.
Highly recommended!

The room was very good, it had a great view. It was a bit far from the center, but super close to a metro station, we didn’t feel the distance. Great overall and the staff helped.

I stayed in Sky for 10 nights.
The overall experiment was not more than ok.
It started not good at all, but they tried to improve.
The staff tried to be more helpful after I was really dissatisfied at the beginning, so the total score is 3 and not 1.
Pros:
- The double room is comfortable and spacy.
- The beds are fine.
- There is an air conditioner.
- There were electrical shutters (in some of the rooms).
- They brought extra coffee capsules after I asked
- They did ask me in Whatsapp from time to time if I need anything following a conversation we had. I think it was one an Austria guy in the reception that tried to help me.
Cons:
- I mistakenly booked without refunding and so I asked to cancel it 5 minutes afterwards, they did not agree to do that.
- I had a problem in the shower and only 3 nights after I told them about it they brought a technician to solve it (they said there are no technicians during the weekend, well...). I would expect a discount in such a case.
- No breakfast
- The reception is open for a limited time, and are also not very helpful. At the beginning I tried to get some tips from them for things around the hotel, they didn't really help. The Russian girl was especially unfriendly.
- There isn't really a good view from the fifth floor.
- The towels are too short.

You get what you pay for, good size rooms. Good location near shops and metro . Beds rather old and only one small pillow each with no spares in wardrobe. Reception only sometimes had person. Basic cleanliness without frill or luxury, cleaning services charged extra. No mat to stop slipping inside bath/shower we could find which safety issue

Very bad experience, I do not recommend this accommodation
I stayed with my mother a month ago, and from the very beginning, we had a negative experience. The apartment had an unpleasant smell, and the living room window did not close properly. Additionally, I paid 150 euros in advance, and after leaving a review, I received an automated email accusing me of damaging a sofa cushion.
They attached a very small and close-up photo where it’s impossible to clearly tell if it was from the apartment we stayed in. The rug underneath the sofa is missing from the image, raising further doubts. Moreover, the apartment we were assigned did not match the photos in the listing, making it even harder to confirm the authenticity of the photo provided.
I have explained multiple times that we didn’t use that area and requested additional photos for verification, but so far, I haven’t received a clear response. I’ve sent at least six emails and called weekly to seek a solution, always offering to cooperate, but I haven’t gotten any reply.
I strongly recommend future guests to take detailed photos and videos of the apartment upon arrival, especially of areas that aren’t immediately visible, to avoid this kind of situation. I am very disappointed with the lack of professionalism and communication from the accommodation. I will not return!
