The room was spotless. The hosts were friendly.

I visited this hotel in October 2025 and was impressed by its recent renovation, which gives it a fresh and modern look, especially in the reception and breakfast area. I also noticed they’ve just added air conditioning to the rooms – a thoughtful improvement. The service is exceptional, and you can genuinely feel how much the team care about their guests. Their warm hospitality made me feel truly welcomed and cared for. The breakfast was lovely as always, and if I return to Salzburg, Rosenvilla will most certainly be my first choice.

12.10.2025 Challen

The staff was charming, friendly and super helpful. The breakfast was wonderful.

We had the most wonderful experience at Hotel Rosenvilla, starting from the moment we checked in. It was a quaint hotel, with more amenities and services to make your stay enjoyable than most hotels. They’ve really thought of everything! Wine and snacks self service cart, a high quality breakfast, and free transportation passes for guests. Parking was easy, most rooms have balcony’s with views of the mountains. And to top it off the hotel staff was so helpful and kind; they always wanted to help, said good morning and were quick to provide recommendations. It felt like we were part of the family. Was already regretting not staying longer the moment we left. The hotel itself is not in old town, but if you like a walk, it’s enjoyable. Would recommend highly!

Beautiful hotel, excellent stuff, rooms comfortable and nice. Breakfast and room service excellent. Not to long from the centre of Salzburg. Highly recommend!

22.06.2025 nxshar2

Amazing hotel with well appointed rooms, very friendly staff and free parking. Breakfast is very good with eggs to order also available. Hotel staff are very attentive and always try to go above and beyond to help guests. I returned around 9 one night and went to get a quick cup of cappuccino. The lady had just cleaned the machine and was turning it off for the night but she quickly made me one despite having to clean it up again. Special mention to the cappuccino machine in the common area and the outside seating which is very good and cozy to unwind with a drink late at night. Hotel is about 20 minutes walking from the old town but there is a bus stop right outside and the hotel provided a bus pass on check in.

Had a lovely 6-night stay here. The hotel is extremely clean and well cared for. It is also very quiet. The staff clearly takes pride in their work. The breakfast was fantastic. Quick bus ride into the city center and the hotel provides bus passes. We’d absolutely stay here again.

My daughter and I stayed here and had a wonderful time. It is walking distance or a short bus ride to town. The room was delightful and the staff was amazing. Highly recommend!
