It's difficult to push a large suitcase from the central station, so I think it's better to take the bus.
The receptionist was wearing what appears to be traditional clothing and was very cute. She greeted me with a smile.

only disadvantage was the absence of inhouse parking but they provided the discount ticket so we paid only 26 euro per day (40 euro per day at Mirabel Congress garage)
it was really enjoyable for our family to stay there and we will definitely choose again if we go Salzberg soon!
The staff were very friendly and spoke clear English. They also provided maps with directions to each tourist attraction and other fun activities.
The room was quiet and facing inward (not directly on the main road). It was clean and had both air conditioning and heating.
The downstairs facilities are very complete, including a Western restaurant, a Chinese restaurant (Wenzhou cuisine), a sushi restaurant, and several souvenir shops selling chocolates, clothing, etc.
