I want to write for families: this is a great hotel. A place for kids to get their wiggles out (climbing room !!), cheese pizzas, apple juice -- all the things you need for a smooth arrival after a long day of travel. Honestly, they were so kind to our loud, emotional little kids. And the staff's kindness was top notch. I would much rather stay here than a 5 star hotel.

This is not a luxury hotel but top in its category! Nice and clean rooms. Kids playground available inside and small outside. Breakfast is good.

I booked Jafa Hotel through Hotels.com and my experience was extremely disappointing. The room was infested with cockroaches, which made the stay very uncomfortable and unacceptable for any hotel standard.

In addition, the room had a very poor and unsafe design — the main light switch was placed directly behind the mattress. Every time I moved during sleep, the light would turn on, making it impossible to rest properly.

Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. I strongly urge Hotels.com to review this property’s listing and would not recommend staying here until these issues are properly addressed.

We booked family room (Family & Friends room consisting of 2-rooms with adjoining corridor, bathroom and toilet) for a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children) en route our journey between Croatia and Poland. For a 3-star hotel, I can say unequivocally that the facilities deserves a 4-star rating. Key highlights:
• The Family & Friends room, with two adjoining rooms plus a bathroom and toilet, is a great setup for a family of four, offering convenience and privacy.
• The hotel’s facilities surpass the typical expectations of a 3-star hotel, more in line with a 4-star standard.
• Polite and helpful staff contribute to a welcoming atmosphere.
• A well-organized, clean breakfast buffet with a good selection adds to the overall enjoyment.

JUFA Hotel Graz City is an excellent choice for families visiting the area.

Comfortable rooms that are close to the train station - perfect for a quick stop in Graz. It’s not really near anything - there’s a shopping centre within walking distance, but everything else is a bit further away. Hotel itself was nice and clean.

Convenient location, close to Altstadt. Friendly and professional staff, clean room, convenient on-premise parking.

Good stay
This hotel was good even though outside of main town. We had a large family room with balcony overlooking the front entrance.
But no kettle or fridge.

Room was very clean, beds comfy and shower big and worked well.

Parking was 13 euros per night.

Breakfast was good - not great.
